MyPlaceBerge 1 Schlafzimmer gute ÖPNV und BAB

MyPlaceBerge ist eine gemütliche Paterrewohnung im Süden von Hamm. Die Wohnung wurde im April 2021 fertig gestellt und ist komplett neu eingerichtet. Die Autobahn ist nur 5 Fahrminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant und Schnellimbiss sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist das Freibad Süd, ein Wald mit Trimm-Dich-Parcours und Feldwege, die zum Laufen und Wandern einladen. Neben dem Maxipark und dem Glas-Elefanten gibt es noch vieles mehr in Hamm zu entdecken.

Kleines Appartement

Wir wünschen allen Gästen ein entspanntes Ankommen in unserem kleinen und ruhigen Appartement im Untergeschoss unseres Hauses. Von hier aus ist es fast schon ein Katzensprung in die Stadtmitte von Hamm oder zum Oberlandesgericht, dem Hauptbahnhof oder Alleecenter. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es bei uns direkt vor dem Haus, Fahrräder können sicher in der Garage abgestellt werden. Mit dem Bus ist man in ca. 7 Minuten in der Innenstadt, zu Fuß geht man 20-30 Minuten durch die renaturierten Lippeauen.

Komplett ausgestattete Wohnung (140 m²). Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und Komfort. In der direkte Umgebung kann man wandern und Radfahren an der Seesee entlang. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie eine Bäckerei, Supermarkt usw. Anschluss zur Autobahn a2 erreicht man innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Mit der Bahn (5 Minuten entfernt) ist man innerhalb von 20 Minuten im Zentrum von Dortmund. Komplett möbliert – alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt.
