In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

The old romantic, sun flooded house offers diverse use from individuals to large creative groups or families. Approx. 60 m² apartment on the 2nd floor (sloping ceilings are to be expected) to relax in the middle of Alt Duvenstedt in the Hüttener Berge Nature Park near the A7. The entire building where the apartment is located consists of two houses with three residential units connected by a former blacksmith. The apartment is in the older part of the building and has its own apartment entrance door. After many excursions on foot, by bike or car (or whatever), it is the ideal retreat.

The apartment is ideal for 1–2 people and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen-size bed (55.1 in x 78.7 in / 1.40 m x 2.0 m), a small kitchen, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a bathroom with shower. In the district town of Heide, 20 km from the North Sea, we offer part of our house as a complete, completely separate residential unit of approx. 120 m2 for max. 4 people. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, about 15 minutes walk to the Heide center/market square and is very convenient as a starting point for walks in the moor, forest and for bike tours. Bikes can be stored and the car can be parked right outside the front door.

From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

The house lies not far from the Nord-Ostseekanal. We have a terrace and a garden to spend time and make breakfast in open air, if the wheather allows it :-) It's available for groups, families and cyclists. Till now the bathroom only can be reached through the doublebed-room. We're searching for another solution. In 125 qm you have much space. Shops for daily needs are nearby. And there are many possibilties for day trips.
