Home away from home Great neighborhood & location!

Located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. This three bedroom one bath home is fully furnished. It also has an entry/dining room, living room and kitchen. Convenient location close to I29. It has a large private yard and front porch. Parking available on street or in the back of the house. You can find a park, Hy-Vee, Casey’s and Dollar General within walking distance. Wifi & TV provided. Full-sized washer and dryer. ( located in basement… outside entrance) Super spacious tons of amenities!

Art Church Iowa

Art Church Iowa is a re-purposed/desanctified 153 year old Presbyterian Church. Its last religious service was in 1969. Artist Zack Jones purchased the building in 2012 from the Historical Society. Zack originally lived in the downstairs while using the upstairs as a studio space. Zack encourages guests to look upstairs during daylight and also night time as the space changes. Rock Port, Missouri - Home with a View

The space is an 800-square-foot basement that has been converted into a two-bedroom apartment with one full bathroom, a kitchen, a living room that is furnished. The living area has its own entrance separate from the upstairs of the home, with off-street parking. There is usually very little activity upstairs, so noise from above won't be an issue. We also rent to outages at Cooper Nuclear Station and for long-term wind farm workers.

Conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown. No pets please.
