We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private house on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the centre. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the vicinity Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung befindet sich im DG in einem Zweifamilienhaus. Ausreichend öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich gegenüber dem Haus. In der lichtdurchfluteten Wohnung von ca. 45 m2 befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer (mit Essbereich, TV, Sofa); ein Schlafzimmer( mit bequemen Kingsize-Bett (1,8mx2m), und eigenes Badezimmer. Somit ist die Unterkunft sehr privat und bietet alles was man braucht. Haltern am See tut gut!

Super gelegen am Rande des Ortsteils Sythen, der über einen Bahnhof verfügt, von dem man das schöne Münster sowie Essen in weniger als 30 Minuten erreichen kann. Und ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren, Wassersport, Flugsport, Wander- und Reitausflüge, weitere Freizeitaktivitäten und Kulturunternehmungen.

On the 1st floor of our house we offer an apartment of about 28 m². Up there, a staircase must be used. In addition to TV, there are also games and books available in the living area. The kitchen includes microwave and fridge as well as kettle, coffee maker toaster . The bathroom with shower and toilet is equipped with a bathroom laundry. The outskirts of the house, apart from nearby highway connection, offers good opportunities for cycling and hiking, e.g. in the neighboring wildlife park.

In Sythen you will find everything your vacationer's heart needs, from a supermarket and snack bars to an Italian restaurant and an ice cream parlor. In the summer months, our small but beautiful outdoor pool is also open. The well-known and always well-attended Silbersee with its gastronomy is within walking distance of the apartment. The train station is 2 km from our apartment.
