Liebe Feriengäste, wir freuen uns, Sie in unserer gemütlichen FeWo in Hausdülmen begrüßen zu können. Die FeWo im OG mit Balkon ist komplett ausgestattet, eine Garage mit e-Ladestationen für Fahrräder, PKW-Stellplatz sowie ein Kellerraum stehen zur Verfügung. Eine abwechslungsreiche Umgebung mit Bächen, Seen laden zu Spaziergängen und Radtouren ein. Naturverbundenheit und Nachhaltigkeit sind uns ein besonderes Anliegen. Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung befindet sich im DG in einem Zweifamilienhaus. Ausreichend öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich gegenüber dem Haus. In der lichtdurchfluteten Wohnung von ca. 45 m2 befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer (mit Essbereich, TV, Sofa); ein Schlafzimmer( mit bequemen Kingsize-Bett (1,8mx2m), und eigenes Badezimmer. Somit ist die Unterkunft sehr privat und bietet alles was man braucht. Haltern am See tut gut!

Die Wohnung ca. 100m2 (4 Zi.KDB) befindet sich im 1. OG in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus. Speziell eingerichteter Arbeitsplatz. Im historischen Ortskern von Haltern sind die vielen gemütlichen Lokale und Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Kirchplatz und die Fußgängerzone vorm Haus locken zum Marktbesuch und bei gutem Wetter zu Eis, leckeren Gerichten und Drinks. Die Umgebung kann zu Fuß oder per Rad erkundet werden. Ladestation für Fahrräder am Marktplatz Tiere nicht erlaubt.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Our modernized and stylishly furnished old building apartment is located right in the heart of Haltern. The marketplace is on the doorstep, but the 110 m² apartment still offers a quiet and cozy atmosphere. A highlight is the large extraordinary kitchen with dining area and separate coffee bar, which invites you to cook and cozy get-together with friends or family. In the entrance area of the house there is a small outdoor area with a table group, which is available only for our guests.

Our apartment in the beautiful district of Sythen-Lehmbraken, the city of Haltern am See. In Sythen you will find everything your vacationer's heart needs, from a supermarket and snack bars to an Italian restaurant and an ice cream parlor. In the summer months, our small but beautiful outdoor pool is also open. The well-known and always well-attended Silbersee with its gastronomy is within walking distance of the apartment. The train station is 2 km from our apartment.
