Cottage holiday rentals in Halsnæs Municipality

We were 7 adults and one child and the house was ideal for that with 4 small rooms, a large living room where we all found good space and a beautiful garden. The sea was close and you almost had the beach to yourself and could enjoy beautiful sunsets. Communication with Ole was friendly and smooth!

We had a great stay at the house. It is a nice and calm place, very close to a beautiful beach and all enmities were as described. The house is charming and comfortable. We will certainly return.

Janus and Trine were both very friendly and communicated the relevant information in time. The place itself was worth every penny. The garden and living room allowed for activities in bigger groups while there was also lots of space for privacy. I would recommend this place for larger groups, looking for a peaceful place to spend quality time together.

It's the second year in a row that we stayed in Peter and the family's summerhouse because we find both the house and its location amazingly lovely and homely. This probably won't be the last time we'll visit Peter's summerhouse!

For the second room, you can stay in this beautiful accommodation of Jesper. In the middle of Danish nature where you will only hear the birds. The children enjoy themselves on the large piece of land with trampoline. The cottage is packed with amenities. Probably this is not our last time, thank you for the unforgettable days!

Great communication with the host even after a couple of hiccups regarding the cleanliness. The house was cozy and we would be back anytime.

simple, easy and great spot for a getaway. the hottub takes time to get going with a lot of firewood, so make sure you've bought enough. sauna is great too. top notch.

We had a great 3-day stay! The apartment is surprisingly quiet even though it’s right by the road – it’s surrounded by trees and bushes around a garden, which gives you enough privacy and a really peaceful vibe. The place is spacious and comfortable, and we really appreciated the wooden terrace – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the longer days. The location is great overall. Shops are just a few minutes away, and the beach is also close by. Communication was quick and really pleasant. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay at the quiet and cozy summerhouse. There is a good opportunity for excursions within short driving distance to, among other things, Liseleje with lovely beach and nature playground, Lynæs surf center, etc. Everything worked fine and smoothly around the stay. We especially enjoyed the covered terrace overlooking the fields and was visited by both pheasants, deer and squirrels 😀

We had an amazing weekend in Pia's home, it was as beautiful as described! The location is amazing, close to the beach and some small shops within walking distance, and close proximity to all the beautiful towns along the coast by car. The house is small but truly have everything you need to be comfortable, and the backyard was such a dream. Our dogs loved running around playing, and it was so quiet and private despite it being in a residential area. Would absolutely come back!

Lovely cottage in very quiet surroundings close to the beach. Very cozy decor. Line has always been super quick to respond to our inquiries.

We, 2 adults, 3 teenagers and 1 dog, had a wonderful stay in Rorvig. The house is bright and friendly, furnishings stylish, functional and modern. Kitchen well equipped. The rooms are not overloaded, you have good space for yourself. Great is the huge lawn, which is fenced all around – a dream for dogs. The covered terrace allows you to eat outside or just be. Parking is available right in front of the house. The property is located on the busy main road, but this does not bother you, as there is a hedge and the large lawn between the road and the house. In about 20–25 minutes you can be on the beach with a nice walk. You can also reach it by car/bike (plenty of parking). Beautiful sandy beach, in the water you can walk far out, ideal for children. Pretty harbor in Rorvig, beautiful paths for running and walking. Good shopping in Rorvig, towards Nykobing and in Nykobing itself. Many thanks, highly recommended!

We really enjoyed the few days in Olsted! We spend lazy morning in the garden and afternoon walks along the beautiful Fjord. The house has everything for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed traveling the neighborhood harbour towns!

We spent two wonderful weeks in Katherine's lovingly furnished summer house. The house has a personal charm and we felt right at home. The kitchen is very well equipped. The garden and the terrace are very spacious and nicely laid out, our children spent a lot of time on the trampoline and the swings. The surroundings offered us many opportunities for nice short trips or long beach stays. We would come back.

We had a fantastic 10 day stay at Thomas‘s house. The place is beautiful , tastefully decorated and well- designed. Thomas built this house himself and you feel the love and care. The house had everything we needed and it was lovely to have coffee in the garden and have little deer visitors! 😀 The place is 10 minutes away from the main beach and 700 m to a private beach. It was great to have several options. We found a range of indoor and outdoor games and made the most of the facilities. The swings and trampoline were fantastic add ons for kids. Thomas and his mother in law were very helpful and we thank them for their hospitality. I hope we will return. We just love Tisvildeleje and can’t get enough 😀 Thank you Thomas for being a perfect host. Best Ritu

Chae's house was a lovely place to stay! Great location with easy walking to the beach and nearby cafes, but also was very private and quiet. Make sure to bring eye masks if you need to use the bed in the lounge as the windows don't have curtains. We had a great time there 👍

We had a wonderful stay at Jens’ house. Everything was as described and the communication with Jens was always very good. The house is not huge, but was perfect for us (family of 3) and especially the kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed the big garden and the beautiful beach in walking distance. We tried several beaches in the region and this was definitely our favorite one. We also appreciated the indoor and outdoor toys that were in the house as well as the fact that Jens put several bikes (women's and children) at our disposal. We would come again any time!

Large summerhouse, with room for 6 people. Super beach a little km away. Rørvig Harbour can be reached by bike, or a 30 minute walk Nykøbing is about 30 minutes by bike. The area is quiet and very beautiful. The cottage is fine, with good opportunities to eat both outside and inside. The house is equipped with everything you need.

We had a really lovely week at Mette and her family's lovely summerhouse. Plenty of space, lovely terrace and large private garden. Unfortunately, the bikes didn't work, but on the other hand, there were many other things to do inside and out. Lots of toys, books and games. Large TV, lovely wood-burning stove, and everything in essentials. Clear recommendation from all four of us!

We had an amazing week at Jens' house. The house was spacious and practical and well appointed. The terraces around the whole house were well located and great. Enough chairs and equipment outside and inside. Well-equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms. Good beds with good quality duvets and pillows. Best of all was the amazing beach - 300 m away. An adventure for beach lions. Great cycling opportunities. Short distance to Khavn. We took a car to Hillerød and left. Free parking right by the station. Took every 10 min. Nice local restaurants, good pizza, delicious seafood - and nice little walk of 25 min from summerhouse.

We had a lovely week at Lise-Lotte's lovely summerhouse. Lovely house, clean and nice. Lovely large garden with room for play and coziness. We felt at home right away. Lise-Lotte is very welcoming, helpful, and not least indulgent. We couldn't find the house key when we were leaving. It took Lise-Lotte with exalted peace and understanding. The key then appeared in the washing machine when we got home and was sent to Lise-Lotte. The warmest recommendations from here for both house and hostess. Pia and Werner

Beautiful and tasteful little house. Feels very spacious considering the actual size. Very comfortable dining and living room areas, plus great outdoor seating are beautiful garden.
