It is quietly located in the hilltop village of Schanze (720 m above sea level) on the Rothaarsteig in the middle of a wooded hiking area. The location is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet who want to relax in beautiful nature, as well as for hikers and mountain bikers. In winter, skiing (ski lifts in Schmallenberg and Winterberg), cross-country skiing and sledding are possible. Our horses convey country life.

The lovingly designed 120 square meters offer lots of space (max. 6 people) for a relaxing holiday, also with dog (max. 2). The big treasure of the house is the conservatory with fireplace.

Die Wohnung verfügt über 4 Schlafplätze (1 Doppelbett, 1 Schlafcouch) und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Kellerraum habt ihr die Möglichkeit eure Fahrräder, Skiausrüstung etc. abzustellen.
