We live on the main level and we have a two bedroom unit (each with king beds) & two full baths on the terrace level. Full living room & kitchen. We are located on the main channel of beautiful Lake Lanier where you can fish, canoe, kayak and play in the water. We have a beautiful beach front area with picnic table, beach chairs, fire pit and dock with party deck. We are rated the #1 AirBnB in Gainesville!

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Great Green Room offers a completely private entry, living space, and bathroom. It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

We offer free WiFi, a washer/dryer, a sofa bed to sleep an additional two guests, a kitchenette equipped with cookware and utensils, a two-burner stovetop, and a Breville toaster oven. The SmartTV is equipped with Roku and guests have free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and MaxHBO. No pets allowed.
