Great stay in every way…

This was my family's second time coming here! We felt right at home coming in. Such a great place for lots of people. Beds are very comfortable as well as the couches! Pool is fantastic and the pool bathroom is the perfect touch to not get water all over the house! Thomas is such a great responsive host and very easy to communicate with! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. If we need to go back for another family event this will be our first choice!

This is an amazing property. It is secluded, yet close to everything you need. 8 min to grocery and other stores. Very peaceful. Deer frequently seen in back. Very open plan. Comfortably furnished. Of course the pool is great! Kitchen well appointed. Plenty of room to entertain. Lots to do if you plan to stay home. Pool, billiards, games, TVs everywhere, etc. Lots to do if you want to explore...nearby restaurants, shopping, boating, golf, etc. You will love it here.

Lucia’s home was perfect for our track weekend. It was conveniently located to everything with needed. The home was very clean, had lots of amenities and was extremely accommodating to our needs. Check out was a breeze and we had a great time. We will certainly be back for any track weekends we have here!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home which also functions as a peaceful resort. The space was clean upon our arrival, very accommodating for multiple guests, and offered really nice amenities; We especially enjoyed the pool, gazebo, and fire pit! Overall, this home is perfect for family gatherings with a location that allows for a peaceful and serene get away. The host played a part in our comfortability by being easily accessible and answering our questions promptly. Thank you, for an unforgettable experience!

Kia was absolutely amazing and so accommodating! Due to circumstances we ended up staying quite a bit longer than we had anticipated but she was very pro active, checking in every so often to make sure we didn't need anything. She made us feel right at home and it was perfect for what we were looking for at the time. Top Notch Service! I would give her way more than 5 stars!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Ellen’s place! The dock was particularly spectacular and such a nice place to hang out on a sunny afternoon! The outdoor space around the house was similarly pleasant. The only thing that stood out is that there are several additional security cameras on the exterior of the house as well as motion sensors and noise level detectors inside the home. Other than these, my family and I felt right at home!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! It was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The view of the lake was so serene, and we loved spending time outside soaking it all in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking meals a breeze. It truly felt like a home away from home. The peaceful setting and thoughtful touches throughout the house made our trip extra special. Beautiful place for a weekend gateway close to Lake Lanier! Our family had a great time and will definitely look to return in the future. The game room, hot tub, and fire pit were great amenities. We also loved the peace and quiet in the backyard!

I cannot say enough great things about this property. We arrived to the most beautiful house in a location that was utterly perfect! This home has absolutely everything you would need, essentially just show up with food and clothes! The beds were all VERY comfortable, soft linens, plenty of pillows and well put together. The living areas were cozy & comfortable. Games, items to enjoy the lake, outdoor areas, fire-it for s'mores were all a bonus. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely every thing you would need. The countertop icemaker was my daughters favorite feature! Our kids enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboards and floats. We enjoyed a glass of wine while watching them! Easy communication & great host. You could not ask for a better house! Thank you for the best stay! We will definitely be back!

Excellent place to stay. Easy to find with plenty of room to park. We had 5 trucks and 2 boat trailers. It is a steep climb back from the boat dock but worth it.

We loved this A frame on the Lake! Loved the vintage touches and decor, it was very fitting for a lake house. The spiral staircase was neat but it's pretty steep. The only negative I have about the house is the deck. Deck was dirty and needed a good cleaning, deck furniture was nasty. Couldn't sit out there but it had rained at night anyway. The inside was great! Comfy beds, plenty of places to sit and relax. Great kitchen with retro fridge and stove. Quiet spot on the lake to fish and kayak. 2 Kayaks were provided but one was quite dirty and the rack holding it up appeared to be falling apart so be careful about that. I did inform Kevin about the deck outside and that the cushions needed replacing. Overall very clean and enjoyable and close to everything you'd need in town!

Excellent place to stay! Spacious kitchen with everything you need. Beautiful setting tucked into the woods. The kids loved playing in the lake while adults hung out on the dock. We had a wonderful time with our family and friends that traveled in from out of town. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The Host was very responsive and friendly! Clean on the inside and had all the amenities you’d want during your stay. 5 stars all around!

My family enjoyed a small reunion at the house. There was 10 of us. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own private space but cozy, comfortable gathering spaces when everyone came together. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow and we had a smooth process throughout our stay. My family loved the main house as well as the guest house. The home was just as beautiful as the pictures and very clean. We loved the separate coffee/tea area. The kitchen had all the amenities for me to cook my family multiple meals while we were there. Kevin was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. Overall, we loved the space and will be staying here in the future.

Rented this Airbnb for my family to stay in for my wedding! It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The kids were well entertained with the hot tub, game room and lots of land. The adults had plenty of space to hang out and the rooms worked out great for everybody! I got to stay in the primary bedroom the night before my wedding and the bed was so comfy and the bathroom was so nice!! So glad we found this place!

We were in town for my son’s wedding at Swan Lake Overlook which was only an 8 minute drive. We enjoyed our stay at The Neighbors place. Clean, comfortable, fully furnished kitchen, comfortable beds and 2 full bathrooms was an added feature. The host was quick to respond and very helpful.
