Monthly Rentals in Halfway House

Sandra is an amazing host and communicated very well with us. The house was absolutely wonderful and there were so many amenities. Sandra also gave great recommendations and made sure we had the best stay possible!

Lovely stay in Waterford at Michael's airbnb! We had problems with a previous airbnb, and needed a last-minute stay, I messaged Michael late at night, and by first thing in the morning I was welcomed with a response and check-in instructions to move in to for a whole month immediately! We really appreciate both Michael and Viola's hospitality during our stay, they were quick to check in with us, and bring over any additional amenities that we needed during our stay, otherwise left us to it peacefully and privately. Although on the ground floor, the apartment felt private & in a quiet estate, a good spacious size too. Walkable to the local Centra /coffee shop, and some lovely countryside walks to the river. Short drive/bus into town. Thank you for having us!

The cottage was a perfect reprieve on our busy exciting trip. We really appreciated the quirky decor and the original works of art on the walls. The patio sitting area was so peaceful and lovely. Their two Maine Coon kitties were so huge and friendly! The property is super quiet as it is out in the country, yet it only took a few minutes drive back into town. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and hot water. The hosts are extremely responsive and care about their guests. A 10/10 for sure.
