Jia was an incredible host. I stayed at her place for four weeks in between leases and she made me feel right at home. She answered all my questions and checked in on me during my stay to make sure everything was going well. The house is very nice, in a quiet neighborhood and I never had trouble finding parking right outside the house. The entire first floor is yours so it’s very private and easy to get comfortable. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus as well! I’d definitely recommend Jia’s place to anyone who needs a private, long term rental.

I had another excellent stay here in Duane and Karen’s home. They were very accommodating, to both me and the other guest there. I went on runs in their neighborhood, which is safe and quiet. Their neighbor is cool and fun to talk to. I was excited to come back to stay in this home again, and again Duane and Karen did not disappoint. I already have plans to come back and stay here soon for a 3rd time. Hosts like Duane and Karen are hard to find. Just make sure to play some Clint Black songs for them.
