The house has been newly built and has all kinds of modern gadgets that make living extremely comfortable. The cottage 1+2 is located on its own property with 1000 m² . The cottages have an area of approx. 43m². It is about 50 m to the swimming beach. Restaurants are very close to Greek about 50 m German cuisine 600 m. Shopping, doctor, pharmacy about 600 m. To the train station about 10 minutes (all on foot) and then in 45 minutes in the center of Berlin or in 15 minutes in Tropical Island. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place.
