Holiday rentals with a patio in Hakaniemi

Overall, I highly recommend it. Most importantly, Pavel, the host, knew what travelers needed and prepared carefully. Location: Pavel's house is located in a residential area a little far from the city center. It seemed to be a new city area with many newly built apartments. It looked like it was far from the center of Helsinki on the map, but it didn't feel far because it took about 15 minutes by tram from Helsinki Station. If you're planning to visit Aalto University to explore Alvar Aalto's architecture, the location of this property would be perfect. Communication: Pavel is a proactive communicator. He answered any questions within 10 minutes and also recommended nearby amenities and grocery stores. There was no difficulty with self check-in. Building: The house was spacious and clean, so it was nice to stay. It was good for a family to use with 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, and 1 toilet. It was a structure of entrance-shower room/toilet-guest room-kitchen-living room-2 bedrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes, so it was easy to cook, and I was able to use the fridge, basic oil, salt, etc., and it was nice that they even provided coffee! (There was a coffee machine and a moka pot) Nearby amenities: Ridl is a 7-8 minute walk away. It's not a small mart, but it wasn't diverse enough to buy gifts and souvenirs. It's good to take a walk and go.

Great stay all around! Perfect location to explore the city, shopping centre downstairs makes groceries a breeze and the place itself as shown in the photos. The view is amazing - as is Lauri’s communication!

The studio is located in a quiet apartment building and in a quiet residential area. Helsinki was easily accessible by metro in a short time. A good restaurant and shopping were nearby. I appreciated the personal welcome, as well as the small, glazed balcony. The only thing I didn't like was the direct view of the facade of the neighboring house...but I was mostly on the road and otherwise the surroundings were very green!

Easy to get to by biss from the center of Helsinki, peaceful and real-world surroundings, close to the sea. Big TV...loved it.

I have written this already before, but in my mind this is the best option in the area. Spacious, private, clean and good location! The host is friendly and everything just works!

First of all, a tidy, clean, quiet house with privacy. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Great place to walk in touch with nature. The house is complete and fully equipped and I will come back very regularly. Highly recommend for families with children Thanks for everything.

Lots to do for the kids, my own play space was a positive surprise for the family's smallest play age. Accessing the washrooms from the outside is possibly the only minus, although in the summer it didn't bother us, and the sauna was great, and the shower facilities were water toys for a very small child.

A quiet, cozy place with a great view of sunrise and sunset over the Nordic sky. Great amenities in the house and an extremely responsive host.

In four days, they were very comfortably settled here. The gentle steam of the sauna relaxed the tired bodies of the hikers, and the cozy house provided everything you needed, and a little more. Shops are wonderfully close, the location is also great for hiking, from here you can easily get to Sipoonkorpe, Nuuksio, and Makeup. Warm recommendation!

Thanks to the abundance of positive feedback, we dared to book a home in time extemporee. The host responded quickly to inquiries, and the place was what it was supposed to be. My friend Simon and I stayed at Erika's home for four nights, and it was perfect. The home is comfortable, warm, and welcoming, located in a fantastic area. Central Helsinki is easily walkable if you don't mind spending some time on foot, with great bars and restaurants nearby. Studio is located close to public transportation but at a walkable distance to the city center. There is a supermarket really close. The seaside is close. Really nice neighbourhood. Everything in the studio is just as described in the listing. Fully functional and clean accomodation. Kethe as a host was super nice, responded to messages really fast. All in all, the place is great, the city is beautiful. Highly recommend you visit both Helsinki and Kethe's accomodation! :)
