You'll spend the whole day sitting on the terrace, watching nature come to life, making campfires, relaxing – and perhaps letting the many impressions sink in. Since civilisation is 2.5 km away, you should do a proper shop beforehand. Irritable is the new organic!

Our apartment "Silencio" is located in the municipality of Amtsberg, on the northern edge of the Erzgebirge. The modern furnishings and unique location, surrounded by nature, invite you to relax. The apartment is located on a large property. Our home offers the ideal starting point for a variety of activities, such as hiking, cycling, city trips, swimming and skiing. In addition to Chemnitz, the two largest cities in Saxony, Leipzig and Dresden, are easily accessible.

This stylish place is perfect for couples and families. It is barrier-free, quietly located, with free parking right in front of the property. It also has underfloor heating, a box spring bed, fireplace, smart TV, Wi-Fi, insect protection on the window and a kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The area is ideal for hiking and biking. The cultural capital of Chemnitz, the palaces of Augustusburg and Lichtenwalde can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

Located in the heart of Hainichen, this dream villa offers everything you need for a relaxing break. With two bedrooms including a pull-out couch, the beautiful attic apartment with 110 square meters can accommodate up to 6 people. The spacious roof terrace overlooking the countryside and the city invites you to enjoy cozy evenings. A large garden with seating and activities for children, as well as a private car parking space on the property are available.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

The small house, furnished in a cozy, rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge - 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz - the cultural capital '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful property overgrown with yews and ivy and yet close to the sights of the surrounding towns. A soapstone oven for the winter and a small terrace in summer will bring you into the well-deserved feel-good mode. There is room for 3 people.

Apartment in Freiberg Saxony new

In our 106 sqm duplex oasis of well-being, the four of you get a lot. In addition to two separate bedrooms, you have a lot of space in the open living area with sofa, dining area and fireplace. In the well-equipped large kitchen, where there are also two seats, you can cook extensively. The large bathroom has a floor-level shower and a bathtub. The whole is rounded off with a nice quiet garden area with terrace and barbecue.

Arrive and feel good.... that is our motto and wish for you! Our apartment is located on the second floor of our apartment building. It is flooded with light and allows a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area. It consists of a sleeping area, with double bed and sofa bed, a kitchen-living room with a corner sofa and a spacious, modern bathroom with large shower. If required, a second bedroom can be booked.

The apartment LOFT 2d is quietly located in a rear courtyard and can accommodate two people. On two floors and a spacious roof terrace with lounge furniture, relaxing hours can be spent alone or as a couple. If you want to relax, the apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. In summer, the roof terrace offers sunbathing. In winter, the apartment scores points with a panoramic fireplace.

Gretel's favorite spot

Gretel's favorite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. The apartment is 32 m². You are in the middle of nature, here the fox and rabbit say good night. Your apartment is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.

This is a newly renovated apartment on the 2nd floor with great views in a quiet old town location. The bright apartment has an open kitchen with dining area. The sleeping area invites you to cozy hours with a king-size bed and TV. The adjoining bathroom features a walk-in rain shower and modern design. Parking is available free of charge on the premises. There is no smoking in the entire house.
