Very beautiful and peaceful cottage. Great location close to the Road to Hana and northern beaches. Easy to park vehicle in the carport and excellent from a logistics perspective during the week stay. Neighborhood was very quiet and good for relaxation. Owners great to work with and keep the place well managed. Thank you!

Beautiful property in tranquil, relaxing setting. Centrally located in upcountry with easy access to nearby towns and distilleries. The home is beautiful; you can see the little touches that make it special and shows much pride in ownership. Hoping to make this an annual event and enjoy the property again!

Haiku Garden was very lovely and was closer to the road to Hana and the national park versus resorts on the west or south side of the island. It was also closer to more local restaurants and spots which was nice to get away from the resorts for a little bit different experience. I would recommend this place for those looking for something a bit more rural and different and also a good starting point for some of the islands attractions. The place did get a bit hot during the evening when we first checked in, but we got all the fans going to help. The shower was also quite lovely. Overall a very nice spot.

This place was a hidden gem in the middle of a tropical street. The kitchen was well equipped and the space was very clean. We really appreciated the multiple fans too. At first, we were worried about the no air conditioning, but we were truly equipped with a multitude of fans. The weather also was great and cooler at night making it comfortable to sleep in. You can literally hear the birds and other animals in the forest chirping as you fell asleep. It was like a white noise machine. And the outdoor shower was a DREAM. The cottage was close to must see spots like Road to Hana and sunrise at Haleakala. The host was also super responsive. We were so happy that we stayed here for the first half of our Maui trip!
