Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Hải Châu District

3 months Jan-Apr 2025 Really good quality/price ratio. Not luxurious but spacious, everything in working order, stable wifi and a strong ocean breeze almost constantly, being on the north side it's always cooler. The balcony is quite comfortable too and you get a good view of the mountains and the bay nearby (but also a busy road and a big building). I didn't see any gross pest at all, but there was quite a few mosquitoes, better keep the windows shut in the evening. One drawback is that the neighbors would wake me up every morning at 6AM and also if I tried to go to sleep before 11PM. Other times it's pretty quiet though, apart for the church bells around dinner time daily and at 6AM on Sundays. That can really work you up sometimes. And even though you may be able to find everything you need within a walking distance, I think you would require a motorbike to really enjoy staying at this location. Finally, the owner is really kind and accomodating if you need anything. Great stay!

Nguyen and on-site manager, Mr. Kiet, were very helpful during my stay. I mostly interacted with Mr. Kiet who I found to be friendly and very responsive. We experienced some issues communicating due to language barrier but we both took the time to be understood. Google translator was a big help. I fully enjoyed the intimacy of the small scale, green neighborhood, local residents, and businesses especially FLOW gym where I became a member. I hired a trainer and took yoga classes almost daily. There were kids playing and riding bicycles in the street and older folks strolling about pushing grandkids in strollers. I felt welcomed and safe. To my delight tourists were at a minimum. There was no mattress or pillow case covers on the bed. The apartment lacked a few amenities that I'd expect from a luxury residence like oven, bath mats, lamps and dimmers in living room, and few kitchen supplies like a coffee maker but all requests were honored after I brought it to Mr. Kiet's attention.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in this apartment for a month, and it was one of my best stays so far. The apartment is big, bright and cozy, with comfortable beds. The location is good, there's a supermarket right next to it and also a big mall with huge supermarket few minutes away. Close to the Dragon Bridge and the Son Tra night market. With a nice garage for scooters. The biggest highlight is the reception stuff. They were super friendly and kind to us. The communication was always on point. If we needed something they were always there to assist us! Thank you for making our stay very enjoyable! I 100% recommend this place.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect for those who want a quiet space. There is a beautiful mountain view on the rooftop. The washing machine and dryer is only shared with the one other unit on the floor. It’s new, so it smelt beautifully of new. And there are a lot of nice thoughtful touches that were added to create an elegant and comfortable apartment.

One of the best air bnbs I have stayed at. Place is just like the pictures, neighborhood is nice and quiet for most part. You might hear some karaoke in the middle of the day haha. What I was really impressed by was the host. Loan was very welcoming and anything that I had a question on or needed she was quick to respond. She helped me get a motorbike for a couple days and there was a nice rooftop with a view and washer for clothes. 10/10 would stay there again.

Hands down, the best Airbnb I ever stayed at. Host sent me a list with local places I should visit, she also rented me a motorbike, which was really helpful. The room is clean and nice, washer and dryer work too.

The house is clean and very roomy, just like the photos. It has a washer and dryer which was so convenient. The house is near many attractions such as the dragon bridge, night market, the beach and many more. Rain even let us have a late check out while we waited to go to the airport. We would definitely stay at Rain's place again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The accommodation is located on a local street. It is a bit away from the tourist area, but it gives off a charming local vibe. The house itself is very spacious, unique and beautifully designed, featuring two bedrooms on the second floor and a dance studio with a sauna on the third floor. The rooftop view was refreshing and offered a peaceful spot to relax. The host was exceptionally responsible and very active in communication. I have never encountered a host who replied to my messages as quickly as she did. She was also very helpful and provided helpful information about the city, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped spot with a local touch in Da Nang, you won’t regret booking this accommodation.

The host is very enthusiastic, responds quickly and is very supportive. It is located in the center so it is easy to move around, but if anyone wants to be close to the beach, from here you have to go quite far (but don't worry because Da Nang city is quite small to travel)

Overall this is a very cute, well-decorated, and comfy place to stay (with two bedrooms and one bathroom). The highlight will be there is a spacious balcony (is like a rooftop) where you can chill and look at the night sky - it's connected to one of the room. Pretty cool. I love it!

Excellent location and great place to stay! June is very responsive and also accommodating. I would highly recommend this place since it was close to everything. I would rebook if I ever visit Da Nang again!

주변에 즐길거리가 없지만 숙소가 깨끗하고 매일 청소를 해주시는 분이 계시며 실내 엘리베이터, 세탁기(세제 포함), 건조기, 스타일러 , 러닝머신까지 옵션이 많습니다. 가족들과 같이 가도 좋을거 같아요. 다음에도 다시 방문할 생각입니다.

3 rooms and 3 bathrooms definitely worth the money, it is an ideal place for family to stay. However, the floor is a little bit dusty, the room has lots of mosquitoes, not sure if it's the weather or something else.

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

최고의 숙소 중 하나입니다. 가족 여행 시 리조트나 호텔 커넥팅 룸과 비교할 수 있는데요. 조식은 베트남에사 일찍 여는 식당들이 많기 때문에(심지어 미슐랭 박는 식당들도 7시에 염) 그냥 나가서 사 드시는 게 훨씬 좋습니다. 저는 5박 숙박하면서 아침으로 건물 내 있는 여러 식당 이용했는데요 모두 맛이 좋았습니다. 숙소에는 경비원이 상주하여 안전하며, 건물 주민들도 점잖습니다. 주변이 시끄럽다거나 소음도 없었습니다. 무엇보다 다낭 전경을 내려다 보는 뷰가 좋습니다. 위치는 어딜 가든 그랩으로 금방 이동합니다. 어차피 다낭에서는 더위 때문에 도보 거리라는 게 의미가 없어요. 택시비가 매우 저렴하기도 하구요. 숙소 정말 추천합니다. 특히 5-6인 여행객에게는 최고의 선택일 수 있습니다.

숙소는 깨끗하고 한강 주변에 있어서 강뷰도 너무 훌륭했습니다. 다낭 중심지에 있어 어디를 가든 빠른 이동이 가능했습니다. 다음에 다낭에 다시 올때도 이용하고 싶은 숙소입니다.

すべてにおいて素晴らしかったです！ 私は日本人ですが、期待を遥かに超えてきました。 ・清潔さ ・立地 ・スタッフ ・設備 ・シャワーの水圧 ・騒音 ・洗濯機 ・飲食店の近さ ・スーパーマーケットの近さ お部屋の広さも、ひとりで滞在する分には十分でした。 毎日朝に清掃してくれるため、常に清々しい気分で滞在できました。 ホテルは大きめの通りに面しているため、Grabもすぐにつかまります。 ホテルの隣には、ピックルボールのコートがあり、2人以上で滞在される方は運動もできて楽しそうです。 また、徒歩圏内には「PIGGYM」というビジターでも入れるジムもあり、マシンも素晴らしかったです。 誰にでもおすすめできるホテルです。
