Holiday rentals with beach access in Hải Châu District

A pleasant pastime in the Denyes apartment. A quiet street within walking distance from the sea, and the room is large and bright. We will come again

all issues have been taken care. bed is slightly hard by western standards. trust me it's soft by Vietnamese standards. meter is slightly up a flight of stairs. I thought the location was spot on right in Koreatown. yummy!!

Spacious one-room apartment, with weekly cleaning. There are kitchen utensils, oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. The owner is very attentive to the comfort of guests. The hotel has a small gym, but quite equipped to keep fit during your stay. The area is very comfortable for a long stay, many shops and cafes. The beach is 15 minutes walk away.

Stephan was an excellent host, always available. some nights I found it to be noisy as there was some kind of construction happening thru the night. like clock work every morning there was a dog barking.. But saying that I'm a very light sleeper. Location was excellent, coffee shops and resturants, night market all about 3 mins. away. The resturants I would recommend is Riverside Italian, la Cabana and when you come out of the apartment turn left, turn right at the coffee shop and down the street a bit is a seafood place about a 2 minute walk, out door but some of the best shrimp I have ever had, large and fresh right out of the tank, they have fish and lobster as well. price very reasonalble Would have been nice to have a micro wave. But I didn't ask for one either. comfortable bed, excellent hot water and Ac. All in all was a good stay.

The best place to stay I've ever stayed. I arrived in the city around 5 a.m. and checked in right away. The room is absolutely new and corresponds to the description, there is a small kitchen. The room has drinking water, a desk and a chair, a hairdryer, an iron, a large wardrobe, a bathroom and a balcony. The wi-fi speed is very good, I worked comfortably. On the 5th floor there is a terrace where you can easily spend time enjoying the sunset. The owner of Huong is very kind, responsive and gentle, she tried to solve any of my questions. I definitely recommend it for check-in.

We really loved our stay here! The room is big, clean with great water pressure in the shower. I work remote and the wifi was flawless. The place is well located, a quick walk to the beach with food, drink and shops all along the way. The family is extremely generous and quick to respond. We hope to come back again!

The place was so beautiful and clean! I love how it was tucked away from the street, making it very peaceful. Delicious breakfasts were prepared for us every morning and the host is so kind and responds quickly. Definitely was the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve been in and felt very homey. The location was also amazing, with restaurants, cafes, the river and dragon bridge just a walking distance away. Highly recommend!! ❤️

Overall this is a very cute, well-decorated, and comfy place to stay (with two bedrooms and one bathroom). The highlight will be there is a spacious balcony (is like a rooftop) where you can chill and look at the night sky - it's connected to one of the room. Pretty cool. I love it!

Host is very responsive and helpful. They clear the rubbish and change towels everyday. Highly recommended for any big family looking to visit da nang for holidays!

Tra is an extremely cute and friendly host and went above and beyond. I wish I could give this place more than five stars the whole process was extremely easy and Tra was so responsive and helpful. The place is also decorated very nice and clean. You won't be disappointed if you book with Tra. :)

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Tu was very responsive and very accommodating to my family and I as we were scrambling finding a last minute place for us to stay when our first time we booked didn’t work out for us. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and making sure I had everything I needed for a seamless experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future!

There is a pharmacy nearby, and there is nothing inconvenient. However, you can hear the sound of the clock in the morning, but it's not something to worry about.
