I had a fantastic experience staying at this lovely house property during my recent trip. The accommodations were exactly as described, and the host went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. The communication with the host was seamless, making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a homey and welcoming atmosphere. Stephan was an excellent host, always available. some nights I found it to be noisy as there was some kind of construction happening thru the night. like clock work every morning there was a dog barking.. But saying that I'm a very light sleeper. Location was excellent, coffee shops and resturants, night market all about 3 mins. away. The resturants I would recommend is Riverside Italian, la Cabana and when you come out of the apartment turn left, turn right at the coffee shop and down the street a bit is a seafood place about a 2 minute walk, out door but some of the best shrimp I have ever had, large and fresh right out of the tank, they have fish and lobster as well. price very reasonalble Would have been nice to have a micro wave. But I didn't ask for one either. comfortable bed, excellent hot water and Ac. All in all was a good stay.

Great host and location, The host responded to all my messages promptly and even checked up on me. The unit is also in a great location. Within a 30min walking distance there are lots of restaurants and convenient stores. There are two convenient stores right outside condo complex. The wifi is fast. I was able to do my online work with ease. The beach is only like a 5-10min ride by motorbike. Grab is the main ride-share. I was able to book a Grab bike or car with no issues. I also was able to order food through Grab with no issues. The host also has a restaurant they referred me to and pickup me up. That was nice. The restaurant is good too and it's along side the beach. Don't have anything bad to say about the host. The unit and location suited my needs. Thanks Urban Reside.

We booked this place 45mins before check in and we were at the door by 1.45pm ready to check in. We were greeted warmly and although she couldn't speak English, she explained how to get in etc through Google translate. The location was excellent, 10mins walk to the beach and 10mins walk to the Markets. Apartment was exactly as described

We really loved our stay here! The room is big, clean with great water pressure in the shower. I work remote and the wifi was flawless. The place is well located, a quick walk to the beach with food, drink and shops all along the way. The family is extremely generous and quick to respond. We hope to come back again!

We had a great stay at the lovely GoMi's House. The space is beautiful, and the touches are nicely curated. Quyên was beyond helpful and responsive from my first reach out until check out, giving us tips on where to eat, exchange money, and refilling some amenities. They went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable during our stay! One thing for future guests to note is that there are many tall flights of stairs in the House. We had a toddler who we very carefully accompanied on the stairs. She definitely got a lot of stair practice in!

The place was so beautiful and clean! I love how it was tucked away from the street, making it very peaceful. Delicious breakfasts were prepared for us every morning and the host is so kind and responds quickly. Definitely was the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve been in and felt very homey. The location was also amazing, with restaurants, cafes, the river and dragon bridge just a walking distance away. Highly recommend!! ❤️

Had a great stay in Thanh's place, location is great and had the essentials for you to have a comfortable stay. Thanh was very friendly and accommodating, he gave us some great tips for our trip also.

Tra is an extremely cute and friendly host and went above and beyond. I wish I could give this place more than five stars the whole process was extremely easy and Tra was so responsive and helpful. The place is also decorated very nice and clean. You won't be disappointed if you book with Tra. :)

프라이빗하게 쉴 수 있는 빌라입니다. 응대도 빠르고 수영장도 깨끗합니다 거실이 넓어 숙소에서 머물기 아주 좋습니다. 용다리와 가깝고 야시장도 가깝습니다 위치가 이곳저곳 움직이기 아주 좋습니다. 침실은 눅눅하지 않으며 타올교체도 잘 해줍니다. 다음에 오면 여기 꼭 잡을 예정입니다 잘 쉬고 갑니다~~ 고맙습니다

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Very good. The apartment is very new and clean, with a direct view to My Khe beach. Fully furnished, equipped. Although my family came to check in late, John was still very enthusiastic and friendly. He even showed me some great breakfast places. If I come back to Da Nang, this will definitely be my first choice.

거실이랑 마스터 베드룸 뷰가 너무 좋았고 아파트 1층에 마트와 식당 까페가 많아서 너무 편리했습니다. 옥상에서 불꽃축제도 볼수있었어요. 다음에도 오고싶어요. 추천합니다~
