Our stay at Shyam’s place was absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The communication was prompt and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. The property has got this very bohemian vibe but also it was impeccably clean and well-maintained. This will certainly be in top of our list to stay in Pune, we would highly recommend it.

Well-list, posh-interior, cozy and comfortable. Had a ball, house was well kept. Bathroom amenities like hand shower, faucets and clogs should be fixed, but all-in-all, had a great time with friends. Durgesh is very professional and responded super quick, giving clear instructions. Whole endeavour went without any hiccups. Good stay!

We enjoyed our Holi celebration over here and the place is quite good. It matches the description as the photos are provided amount of space. We were about 10 people.

The place is absolutely amazing — it looks exactly like the pictures, maybe even better in person! Gen Z would love it for the host’s clear creative vision put forth in the apartment, while adults would appreciate the rare spaciousness (especially for Pune standards). The society itself is beautiful and lush, perfect for long walks. The abundance of trees really helps beat the heat — you honestly won’t even need an AC in summer, a fan is more than enough! Location-wise, you're spoiled with great restaurants nearby, and Blinkit/Zepto deliver seamlessly. (Pro tip: order some food, pull up a chair on the attached balcony, and just soak in the view — the beautiful night sky, the scenic surroundings, and the cool rushing winds... pure bliss!) And bonus points for the adorable co-host — the cutest cat I've ever met! All in all, it’s a perfect escape: the vibe, the greenery, the peace — everything. Would definitely visit again!

Was just a few hours stay but was a pleasant experience and wanted to extend with friends. Looking forward to stay over a few days on next visit to Pune.

The stay was comfortable and clean, all necessary items were provided, good space for cooking clean utensils for use and overall a very homely feel, the residential area was calm and peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and responded proactively. Overall an calming and peaceful experience worth every penny, I wish I could have stayed longer, i know it would have been great.

Our stay here was really good. The listing was exactly as seen in the picture and allowed my 2 small dogs too. Location was central so we could reach other locations in Pune in 30 mins with traffic which is much to say when you come from Mumbai. Santosh was very proactive and responsive whenever required. Look forward to visiting again. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great spot to spend few days quietly, loved the private terrace very much. Many places in Aundh are walkable from the property and that is very convenient. Everything from checkin to checkout went real smooth, I found everything I needed at the property and there was no need to contact the host except during checkin/checkout just as an FYI. Kanchan ji is very responsive while communicating. Will definitely recommend this property!

I checked in at Ranjana ma'am's place on 8th June. I didn't feel like I'm coming to a bnb or something, I felt right at home. Ma'am and Sir were so kind to us and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. From getting us breakfast to evening tea, it felt like I'm at my close uncle/aunty's place. The warmth of the hosts, their welcoming nature and the conversations we had, I'll remember it all. Definitely worth a stay if you want a home away from your own home. Thanks to both Sir and Ma'am

Very Pleasant stay. Lots of natural light made the place very likeable to me personally. Would highly recommend if someone want to Work from here.

Everything is just perfect. Apartment is on 2nd flr of a bunglow. Clean, spacious, peaceful. Nice terrace ... 3 balconies. Bunglow is inside a colony .. good security ... very safe. Easy parking for car. Shops at walkable distance. Hardly 10 minute drive from mumbai-banglore highway. Nice and helpful host. Aprtment is on 2nd flr ... and there is no lift. Separate charges for AC and extra guests ... charged directly at the property. It is a great place ... very different experience than staying in a building.
