This is my second stay at this location, and it just as nice as was the first time I stayed here two years ago. Alice is a great host, and is very helpful and keeps the space and grounds in immaculate condition. Also the space is very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area.

My husband stays at Carmen's place when he comes for business and now I got to see firsthand why he loves to come back. Her home was beautifully decorated, yet very comfortable and homey. She thought of everything for her guests, from breakfast casseroles, baked goodies, to fresh eggs! I have been to many Airbnb's, but she was by far the most considerate and responsive host ever. I also loved the location is this small, University town. The campus was lovely to take daily walks, and we ate at the two amazing restaurants within a stones throw of the home - Sweet Breads and Holden Oversoul. I hope to return to Tomlin House and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very nice, clean, and exactly as described. It was a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable getaway!

We stayed here while in town for a family memorial gathering and it was perfect for our family of 5. Erin and Katie were great hosts and very friendly, responsive! We enjoyed the little town of Clarksville and while the house is on a busy street road, it’s tucked away so it feels very quiet. The location instructions were very detailed but we arrived at night and so that made it naturally a bit harder to find since it was darker. The house is well decorated and felt like home! The kitchen was well stocked and laid out and we used it each day. Highly recommend!
