This more than 100 years old townhouse is located in the Haapsalu city center, on the main street. The location is perfect because it`s 500 m from Old Town where it is sometimes too noisy. The biggest shopping center is 100 m away and offers different shops and services, pub and a supermarket. House interior is basic, do not expect anything luxurious. The house has 350 m2 private garden and yard fits to park up to 3 cars. Playground with different kind of activities for children is nearby.

Located in a nearly century old building with a rich history, this fully refurbished apartment combines nostalgic elements with a modern minimalist style. You will be a mere 30 minute drive or a 40 minute train ride from Tallinn, and half an hour from the scenic Kloogaranna beach, the picturesque Keila-Joa Waterfall, Rummu Quarry and Padise Monastery.

The 38m2 apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. In the kitchen you will find everything you need (Jura espresso machine, kettle, toaster, sandwich grill, microwave oven, dishes, dishwasher, spices, coffee, tea, etc.), in the shower room there is a washer-dryer, towels and detergents.

The apartment is in a brand-new building and is located on the top floor (3rd) with a garden view and afternoon sun. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a shower room, and an open-plan living-dining-kitchen area. There is a sofa bed available for extra guests. The building is located in the center of Keila with restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, a train station, and park all within 100 meters of walking.

Accommodation close to downtown

Enjoy the ease of living in this peaceful and centrally-located home. Just 10-15 min walk away you will find a number of shops, nice cafes and restaurants and the main attractions. Important: Our apartment building is currently undergoing repairs to the stairwells (summer 2025). The renovation can make it a little difficult to navigate the stairwell, but getting in and out of the apartment is guaranteed.
