Tiny house, tiny price (most of the time), tiny expectations — but big location. If you want something simple within a 5–10min walk from everything, this tiny space might be perfect. If you expect luxury, space, silence and hotel service — this is not your place. Inside is an 8 m² room — perfect if you travel light or like each other. This place is small and quirky — if you’re picky, you might want to look elsewhere. Outside: seating area, barbecue and eco-toilet. Shower in the main house.

Our beautiful house is located In the world famous Matsalu Natural Park. Enjoy walks on our private 25 hectare seaside estate or just lay back on our large terrace enjoying stunning sea views and sunsets. It truly is a paradise for bird and nature lovers. The house is newly renovated (2020) and there is dining and sleeping facilities for up to 12 persons. We are ideally located to visit all west cost highlights of Estonia (Pärnu, Haapsalu- 60km drive) (Muhu and Saaremaa ferry 15km drive).

Welcome to our freshly renovated (July 2025) studio — a thoughtfully designed space with a unique color palette and multi-level layout that naturally divides the open plan. We’ve put a lot of heart into this space and hope you’ll feel right at home. Just a 5-minute walk to the city center & shopping mall. From there, a 10-minute stroll down Haapsalu’s beautifully renovated main street leads to the Old Town. Across the street is a sports complex with courts, gyms, water park and skatepark.

Private house with a small yard is located in the middle of the beautiful Haapsalu in Kalevi area. The building is new and offers all the modern comforts. The house suits very well for a family of up to five people or a small group. There is ample terrace space for outdoor dining and relaxing. One car can be parked on the premises. The fence has a remote controlled gate. The house has air conditioning on the second floor where the bedrooms are and on the first floor there is also a sauna.

A house built before 1909 and recently renovated to former glory. The apartment has been renovated mostly by myself with traditional methods, as it was first built over 110 years ago - wooden floors, clay plaster walls, curved ceilings, natural fibres and ecological clay and lime paints. The apartment is quiet and full of sunlight at most hours. Joy for people who love colors. Comfortable for families/small groups. Free parking for one car in the yard. Four-legged friends are welcome.

Private Forest House with Sauna and Hot Tub

This compact, modern tinyhouse is located on the western coast of Estonia. Intended for people who`d like to enjoy a natural retreat without giving up modern conveniences. The house includes a sauna, hot tub, a shower with heated floors, WC, an open living room and sleeping area in the “attic”. The house is equipped with WiFi, TV with Netflix access, coffee machine etc. Heating/cooling is provided by an integrated air conditioner. The house can be enjoyed all year round.

Lovely one-bedroom house with extraordinary privacy, huge garden and artsy design (made by me), yet located in the very heart of the village. Public transport stop and grocery store right across the street. Great resting place for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids and/or furry friends (pets). It is also good place to stay and take a daytrips to Saaremaa, Pärnu, Haapsalu or Tallinn. As I do live here sometimes it’s not hotel style, so don’t prepare for that.

Tiny Home on Main Street

Our space is located on the main street, in the very centre of Haapsalu. The place offers a pull-out sofa and two single beds. There is no kitchen, but we have a water kettle, a microwave, some dishes and a small refrigerator. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is in a short reach - a supermarket across the street, a cozy pub for beer and home cooked meals next door and the idyllic old town is just a short walk away (aprox 800 meters).

Mariashouse is a family-friendly accommodation located in a quiet side street in the old town of Haapsalu, close to the Baltic Sea. The old log house is surrounded by a spacious garden with old fruit trees and a children's playground and includes three well-equipped apartments: gloria 51 m², grete 39 m² and aurelia 25 m², for two adults each. It is possible to add extra beds for children. There is a separate sauna within the propety.

Enjoy extras: hot tube (49€), wooden heated sauna at the main house (€30), cocktail bar, hookah (€20), hanging tents for unique sleeping experience (€15) and fresh seasonal garden products. The cozy cabin sleeps 4 (double bed 120 cm+ comfotable sofa bed 140 cm), baby bed or extra mattress for 5th guest upon request. Kitchenette includes cooking essentials, coffee, and spices. Fireplace and air heat pump (AC) for extra comfort.
