My place is like a green oasis in the city centre: 20 minute walk to Old Town. It has a bedroom-living room with a four poster king-size bed and sofa, which can be converted into a bed for one, dining kitchen and toilet-bathroom. In the bedroom-living room you can light fire in the fireplace, watch TV, browse books or work with your own computer enjoying unlimited WiFi. In the summer you can have breakfast in the garden too. Ideal for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

This building was completed in the summer of 2018. The 2nd floor 1BR apartment is finished with custom-designed modern nordic features. The apartment is wheelchair accessible, comfortable and quiet providing a good night sleep and a perfect location in the trendy Kalamaja area. The Old Town is just a 10 minute walk away as well as is the famous Telliskivi creative area. There are lots of good restaurants near the house and a good supermarket 200 meters away at the Baltijaam farmers market .
