we had a very enjoyable stay at Lalisas property! we stayed for a week to unwind and relax and we got exactly that! the beach club across the road was very good to go to for breakfast lunch and dinner and a dip in the pool! it is located on a loud main street, however this did not bother us whatsoever and it did not affect our sleep in any way! the bed was very comfortable and the house was SPOTLESS! very nice decor and very accommodating. we spent most of our time in the apartment for our last week in koh samui, and it felt just like home🥰 lalisa offered to arrange taxi to and from the property and was always very responsive. i will definitely stay at more of your properties, we loved it! thank you SO MUCH !

+ First of all, we loved the house. It was beautifully remodeled. The high ceiling, the beautiful view and the balconies, one of which are very large and the ideal size, made us very happy. We traveled as two couples, comfortable in terms of comfort and privacy (maybe one child would have been enough) It met our needs in terms of location. The access to the contracted beach, gym, large backyard parking spot and surrounding restaurants were nice. They prepared a professionally prepared information PDF, and I really like that. - There were a few minor negatives. The entrance is a little narrow and difficult to move due to the tree in front of the stairs (of course we went without hurting the flowers out of respect for mother nature) After the entrance, the back balcony door of the first room on the right was a little difficult to close. The second room also had a little smell in the bathroom. Since there are small things, we didn't need to communicate about negativity, maybe they would have solved it if we told them. We loved it, we'll be back

I really liked staying in this place. The accommodation is conveniently located, next to the pier, you can walk. The accommodation is modern, well-equipped, there is everything for a comfortable life, we felt at home. There was a problem, the gas in the cylinder ran out, the owner of the house immediately solved the problem and in general the owner is almost always in touch, except at night, he, like all normal people, also sleeps at this time. We have been on Koh Pha Ngan many times, and this is the best accommodation we have had in recent years. It's a pity that this year we only stayed for a week ) The only thing we lacked was a microwave or a small oven))) , but this is ridiculous and there is everything in the kitchen, it's just that our child loves hot sandwiches or pizza, he doesn't eat Thai food like we do. But there is a kitchen for cooking, we cooked pasta, eggs and soups, stewed potatoes for her. Next year, if it's available, we'll definitely book here for a longer period. Thank you

We loved it, perfect view, pool, room…nice host, Only Down side is, if you wanna go out alot, like getting food or Beach, this is not it…but if you wanna get food deliverd, relax at your own pool in private, this is it!🙏 thanks for this time.

The apartment had an optimal location, the ferry, the beach and beautiful restaurants were all within walking distance The communication on inquiries was always very quick:) Only the restaurant where you could have had breakfast for free was just under 3.5 km away That's why we didn't use it at all

Stayed 1 month in the Appartment. Everything was fine. Quiet and clean. Even got picked up at the airport. Would definitely come back.

An awesome stay at such a beautiful and spacious place, it looked exactly like the photos and matched the description, and it was situated close to everything which Chaloklum has to offer. Marvil (the host) was super responsive before check in and through out my stay. Additionally, she allowed me to check out a bit later which I’m really grateful for. The apartment is very comfy. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean. The balcony is big and you have a really nice view. We definitely enjoyed our stay here

The place was beautiful, a wonderful room, very large, clean, equipped with all comforts including bathtub and shower. In general, the residence was very nice and elegant, with a swimming pool overlooking the sea and a private beach. Georgy has always been available and easily reachable, giving us information and responding to any request. I absolutely recommend it!

The apartment is the perfect size for 2 persons. Terrace with pool, the view of the garden and the wide view of the jungle . Lazi can perfectly German is making every effort to make sure everything fits. I'll be back for sure!!!

A super nice Airbnb surrounded by nature and tranquility. The pool table was used almost every evening. It is quite remote on a mountain, so a scooter or car is absolutely necessary to be mobile.

10/10 would definitely stay again. Host was amazing, allowed us to check-in early and check-out late. Thanks for everything!

We spent 7 Nights at the Apartment of Pin and Frederic. Everything in this Place was super clean, fresh smelling and very well equipped. We enjoyed the gorgeous views and the serenity of the location. Furthermore we loved the stylish interior and the privacy this place offers. If you don’t want to rent a bike or a car, it’s easy to get there by «Grab». «Grab» is easier than normal Taxis because of exchanging the location via the Grab-App. The conversation with Pin was very friendly and efficient. The staff did a perfect job and were very friendly upon the checking in and out as well. All in all I highest recommend Pin’s and Frederic’s Appartement.

Great place to stay! The views from the 4th floor of our room were incredible! Very quiet! Beautiful, clean, 20 m to the sea, close to a cafe and a mini market, the beach is perfect. A baby crib was provided upon request for free and a high chair for feeding the baby.
