Very kind and lovely host. Easily accessible. The house is like in the pictures. Very spacious and nice. The only bad thing is that it's far from everything, even for a coffee in the morning. It is true that a grab costs 1.3 euros in the marina, where there is more life, but you have to know that you have nothing close to go. The fridge had beers and cocacolas and water (great detail) and had tea to make as well as some food. The house is comfortable for up to 6 people.

My friends and we stayed at this place for one night and this honestly was one of the best accommodation experiences in Asia in my life. Everything was so nice. The house is awesome! It feels like home. All rooms were clean and Jay prepared everything what we needed. Also he was open for our special requests, but we didn’t have one. Highly recommend this place in Ha Long! There are also many restaurants around, you can walk there - the surroundings are beautiful as well. Thank you Jay for this beautiful place!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was very comfortable,clean and cozy. We walked around the town and had an excellent cruise on Ha Long Bay. I would highly recommend this cute cozy apartment and would definitely stay again ☺️

Our stay here was wonderful!! The host was so helpful, and offered us many recommendations for the area. They even helped us book a day cruise around the bay, on the busy holiday! I would definitely recommend staying here, and would stay again if I ever came back to Ha Long!

We had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond—she picked us up from the bus station, let us rent a motorbike directly from her, cooked rice for us, and even helped with our laundry. She is incredibly kind and made us feel truly welcome. The house itself is spacious, well-equipped with everything you might need, and very comfortable for remote work. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a cozy, hassle-free stay with a wonderful host!

⭐ Sandy is an amazing host! ⭐ The apartment is in a Five Star Hotel Apartments with a view of Halong Bay, It’s incredibly beautiful, peaceful and spotless clean 🧼✨. Nguyen was very responsive, had great recommendations, and helped every time we reached out. The property was even better than we expected with access to great views, restaurants, spas, bars, etc. Our experience was 10 times better given the experience and we were sad when we had to leave! 11/10 would recommend :)

10/10 stay, if i could give a higher rating i would!! Such a lovely apartment. Everything was perfect. Amazing attention to detail throughout the apartment.
