Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Hạ Long Bay

Ngan is such a kind and thoughtful host! She booked me transportation both to and from Hanoi airport. She was patient and understanding. The view from the flat is unbelievable and the Citadines building has everything one could need including pool, gym, convenience store, two restaurants, and a spa. This place is perfect for a couple or small family who would like to be away from the hustle and bustle of Bay Chai.

Very kind and lovely host. Easily accessible. The house is like in the pictures. Very spacious and nice. The only bad thing is that it's far from everything, even for a coffee in the morning. It is true that a grab costs 1.3 euros in the marina, where there is more life, but you have to know that you have nothing close to go. The fridge had beers and cocacolas and water (great detail) and had tea to make as well as some food. The house is comfortable for up to 6 people.

My friends and we stayed at this place for one night and this honestly was one of the best accommodation experiences in Asia in my life. Everything was so nice. The house is awesome! It feels like home. All rooms were clean and Jay prepared everything what we needed. Also he was open for our special requests, but we didn’t have one. Highly recommend this place in Ha Long! There are also many restaurants around, you can walk there - the surroundings are beautiful as well. Thank you Jay for this beautiful place!

We absolutely loved Minh's place, it was exceptionally clean, had all amenities, its a 2 mins walk to the beach, has an amazing view and most importantly it was very safe. Minh was a lovely host, very responsive and helpful, gave great suggestions for things to do around the area. 10/10 would recommend!

Ohhh what a treat! So close to everything. 2 great seafood restaurants in walking restaurants & near the peirs for the cruises. Comfortable beds, clean & very helping responsive host. Highly recommended. 24 hr convenience store downstairs, ice cream shop, pho restaurant , mini supermarket & pharmacy. Thanks Dong what value for money. We would happily stay again. We recommend this air bnb with 3 bedrooms & 4 beds to anyone including families.

The host was super responsive at late notice and provided plenty of local recommendations and taxis. The Airbnb was very clean and the beds are very comfortable!

We had an amazing stay at Thủy’s apartment in Hạ Long! The check-in process was super smooth with clear instructions—picking up the keycard and getting to the apartment was a breeze. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and had an incredible view of the bay. The building is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. Thủy was a fantastic host, always responsive and ready to assist whenever we needed. If you're looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Hạ Long, this is the one to book! We’d love to stay here again next time.

It's great to stay in Ha Long Bay for more than a day. The owner helped me with the limousine from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh Dasihano, and the limousine drivers were very friendly and everything was good. The Vietnamese noodle restaurant right next to the accommodation in the morning is clean and really delicious.

We had a blast! Pros: • The penthouse matched all the pictures with a fully-equipped kitchen. There were 6 wine glasses, plenty of shot glasses and lots of cooking utensils. • All the decoration was done nicely and the lighting was great (bedrooms even had floor lights). • The balcony was HUGE and even had a BBQ grill that we regretted not bringing food to use it. • The host was very responsive and helpful, helping us in every way they could. • There were 1-2 small grocery stores on the ground floor. They even sold ice! • There was a Vietcombank ATM right at the entrance. • This complex doesn’t have much of a nice view but they have a large playground on the inner yard. Cons: • The TV in the master bedroom seemed like a domestic Chinese product, unlike the TV in the living room. We couldn’t access anything with that Chinese-only display (no YouTube or Netflix buttons). • There is no microwave in the kitchen. • Ceiling/floor is not very thick or soundproof. Highly recommended!
