Waterfront holiday rentals in Hạ Long Bay

The host was wonderful , responsive and helpful. We had a great stay, the apartment was very close to all the major markets.

Lovely accommodation with great views. The area is still new and there are lots of construction around the building however this was not an issue and we had a great stay.

The area is beautiful, and the hotel where the Airbnb is located offers plenty of amenities. However, most of them are overpriced, and the food at the hotel restaurant didn’t live up to the cost. While it’s clear they’re trying to make the area more upscale, just a 10–15 minute walk away it becomes noticeably run down, with abandoned shops. It was difficult to find nearby spots to eat or grab a drink, so we often had to call a Grab taxi to get around. That said, the view from the air bnb was absolutely stunning! The 2 in 1 washer and dryer was nice to have too!

Host went above and beyond to sort out WiFi issues - they took us in and invited us for a drink and food and are very hospitable would recommend - thanks for a great experience

Thanh was an incredible host! Her place is beautiful and so spacious! She went above and beyond to help us with all of our requests and she even coordinated a taxi to our flight out of HPH! I definitely recommend a stay here!

We had a blast! Pros: • The penthouse matched all the pictures with a fully-equipped kitchen. There were 6 wine glasses, plenty of shot glasses and lots of cooking utensils. • All the decoration was done nicely and the lighting was great (bedrooms even had floor lights). • The balcony was HUGE and even had a BBQ grill that we regretted not bringing food to use it. • The host was very responsive and helpful, helping us in every way they could. • There were 1-2 small grocery stores on the ground floor. They even sold ice! • There was a Vietcombank ATM right at the entrance. • This complex doesn’t have much of a nice view but they have a large playground on the inner yard. Cons: • The TV in the master bedroom seemed like a domestic Chinese product, unlike the TV in the living room. We couldn’t access anything with that Chinese-only display (no YouTube or Netflix buttons). • There is no microwave in the kitchen. • Ceiling/floor is not very thick or soundproof. Highly recommended!

Mai was amazing. We arrived very late at night and she not only gave us clear check-in instructions, she went the extra mile and made sure there was something to eat when we arrived. The apartment was better than expected.

Ngan is such a kind and thoughtful host! She booked me transportation both to and from Hanoi airport. She was patient and understanding. The view from the flat is unbelievable and the Citadines building has everything one could need including pool, gym, convenience store, two restaurants, and a spa. This place is perfect for a couple or small family who would like to be away from the hustle and bustle of Bay Chai.

We only stated for one night, but we enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and luxurious. It is also close to the Tuan Chau Marina for this going on a cruise the next day.

An amazing experience at a perfect place to stay. Quiet and peaceful, with a stunning beach just a few steps away. Highly recommend this accommodation!

place is great and we will be staying there again in a few days! Only issue was only 1 cup so my kids, wife and I drank out of bowls...... we aren't cats!
