Bathroom with shower cabin. Bedroom with 2 single beds , a sofa bed in the living room, width 140 cm, smart TV. Gästrikeleden passes just outside the residence and only 3 km away flows beautiful Dalälven, another 2 km away is Sandsnäsbadet with nice sandy beach. 13 km to Gysinge with its rapids and Färnebofjärdens national park.

Two large verandas in both directions, where you can enjoy the morning sun as evening sun and an amazing sunset. It is less than 50 meters to the jetty with a wood-fired sauna and only 300 meters to the nearest beach. Boat with electric motor and canoes are available. An hour to both Romme Alpin and Kungsberget and if you like ice wax bathing as much as we do, are awake open all winter.

In the small village of Delbo, 1 mile north of Sala in Västmanland, lies this little gem. Leas basement is a small house of about 25 m2 with all year around standard. Works as self-catering for a longer period of time but even if you want to just stay the night. Leas basement is tastefully decorated with high ceilings, wood-burning stove, kitchen part, toilet and shower. There is a queen size bed (160 cm) and a daybed for two. There's also Wifi as well as a monitor with Chromecast.
