Monthly Rentals in Gyeonggi Province

The room is spacious, clean and very close to Dongmyo stn exit 9. Convenient location and quiet neighborhood. Not much nice restaurants nearby, but you can find everything you need in walking distance, e.g. Daiso, Olive Young, Cafe, McDonalds, etc. Owner is responsive and provides clear instruction but always response guests starting with "NO" which sometimes sounds rude. The water presuure is reasonable but there is no partition inside the bathroom, so the floor will all wet after shower. I did not use the kitchen so I am not sure it is functional, but i guess simple cooking is definitely OK, fridge is big enough, air con and warmer work well. Most importantly, the matress is so comfortable where I really had a good sleep for most of the time. Unfortunately, the sound proofing is not good and sometimes quite noisy during nighttime or morning. But overall is Ok. Special recommend you to visit the cafe just right next to the building, the owner is nice who let me store my luggage there.

Long term stay (more than 2 weeks). Looks exactly as described in the picture. Prior to booking, Harry informed me as well that the room is really small but has a window. I was also able to check in a day earlier and even early in the morning. Self-service check in. Super clean room and bathroom, that is important to me. Just no elevator, so prepare to carry your luggage but that was easily done. The place is not on the touristy side of Seoul so works for me coz it is quite at night and around 400 meters from nearest train exit of Line 6 (Daehung) . Highly recommended, will definitely come back here in the future if I plan another long term stay in KR.

I am so happy I chose to stay here during my exchange at SKKU. Hannah is the sweetest host and the apartment is 2 min away from SKKU Seoul campus. Cozy area with restaurants and a park close by. This place is perfect for the exchange student who would like their own space during the exchange or for a couple. 10/10. Would love to visit again!

I liked everything: great location, proximity to the metro, excellent transport accessibility; within walking distance of mountains and beautiful places for walking; many restaurants and cafes, coffee shops, shops.
