The lower floor is a mini-gallery, where you can use the espresso machine and water purifier. The building looks like one with the main house, but the structure is completely separate and private. On the second floor, the shower room, bedroom, living room, balcony, office space, and kitchen facilities are completely separated. Dongchonjae is located in Seochon Village, very close to Gwanghwamun Square, the center of Gyeongbokgung Palace and Seoul. It consists of Anchae, Sarangchae, and Annex Room. Built in 1939, Dongchonjae is recognized as a traditional hanok by the City of Seoul and the government (Korea Tourism Organization). Dongchonjae has opened its home by a retired couple and has been operating since October 2020. Guests use 4 rooms, living room (Daecheongmaru), kitchen, 2 toilets (inside: shower available, outside: difficulty showering), Numaru and yard. The host lives in Sarangchae and provides breakfast and other services. It is a studio type with two single beds side by side, so it is basic for 2 adults, and can accommodate up to 4 people with extra bedding, and up to 4 people, including infants. Free for 2 years and under (up to 24 months), no extra bedding if free. You can see the beautiful sunset, full of red light when the weather is good. We provide breakfast for a fee. (5,000 won/person, elementary school elementary school age 3,000 won/person, brunch for consecutive nights, etc.) Barbecue service is not provided. My house doesn't have a kitchen so you can't cook. You can use the microwave and coffee pot.

I built my house here in 2002 and live there, as opposed to the🏡 peaceful neighborhood atmosphere. We have been running Hamitomi, an organic farm for a decade. It is aimed at upright eating and a happy and relaxed life. We recently renovated a 20-year-old house and decorated one as a pension. We're trying our best to be a host who remembers the sadness or discomfort that we felt as a guest. In the summer, lay in the hammock and enjoy the night sky.
