Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Gwanak-gu

We had a lovely time at Gyogyo's Place. It was a beautiful space and that coupled with a friendly responsive host made it well worth the money. It is conveniently located to the subway and has such a lovely local market and coffee shop just a short walk away. Any troubles where very quickly addressed and even though it was small it was all we needed. The neighbors where considerate and quiet and understanding of us having a toddler. All in all it was a lovely place to spend nearly four weeks at. I think the host being so friendly and responsive and helpful was what made it a stay I will remember fondly. I highly recommend it. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

I stayed in his house for 3 months. Since it was a long stay, he kindly offered me a bigger room than the one I had paid for. The house is nice, everything works well, and it looks just like it does in the pictures. Of course, considering the price, don’t expect a luxury apartment — but it’s very functional and comfortable. The house is about a 10 minute walk from the nearest subway station. Sometimes you wish it were a bit closer, but overall it’s not a big issue. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The only time I had a minor issue in the house, I contacted him and he came within a few hours to fix it. So I’m happy to give 5 stars.

I went to Seoul to see World Cup and I caught this accommodation! It was just right because it took about 15 minutes by car to get to Seoul Land. You said it was a🥰 new accommodation, but it was very clean and the interior was so my style,,, The❤️ boiler was full and I liked the beam projector and Bluetooth so much that I slept while watching Netflix. I asked for a recommendation for a nearby restaurant, and it was so nice that you kindly told me. It takes a while to walk from the❤️ station to the accommodation, but there is a pretty steep hill, so I recommend just taking a taxi! I want to stay here again if World Cup opens next year.❤️

We had a great stay, the apartment is spacious and clean, and having two bathrooms is very convenient. The accommodation is located on a hill, which might be something to consider, but it’s definitely manageable. The host is very kind and helpful, she assisted us with a problem we had, and we were able to find a good solution that worked well for both sides!

The accommodation was so neat and nice. Since it's Line 2, it was good to go anywhere in Seoul. There was a beam projector, so it was emotional It was nice to be able to sleep separately because there are 2 rooms. The 4 of us came to Seoul. Thanks to that, it was a perfect trip Host, you're so kind!!

Very nice place in a peaceful neighborhood and easily accessible to nearby subway station!! Mocha was also extremely responsive and welcoming :)

It was the best accommodation. The subway station is close and there are many shopping malls nearby. The view is very beautiful because the number of floors is high.

Thank you for the stay. I liked it a lot and especially for a longer stay. It is a bit far from the tourist spots but if you have a bit time then it is ok.

The place was clean and cozy, just as described. The interior is well-designed and clutter-free, which made it feel spacious and comfortable. It’s fully equipped — everything you’d need in the kitchen, plus a washing machine and a large fridge. It’s walking distance to Line 3, though I mostly used Uber for convenience. One thing to note: there’s construction happening right in front of the building. On some days, the street was closed, which was a bit inconvenient, but manageable overall. Check-in and check-out were super smooth. Overall, a great stay!

Very nice place is not easy to find😭😭 if you can send the path in advance, because it is a residential area for a long time to find the surrounding area and finally ask the passersby to find it, but otherwise it's perfect. Next time, I'll choose a place for three people.

Great location with numerous restaurants in the area, and access to multiple subway lines as well! The place was quaint and the small touch of setting up the radio to Seoul’s classical music station was really nice. We can’t wait to come back for another trip in the future!

The place is quiet and spacious compare to the other airbnb's in seoul. Definitely very worth the buck. It may be quite far from the central seoul but it is very accessible to subway line 4. Convenience stores and a lot of restaurants nearby.

This place is Very convenient! There’s a lot of local restaurants and cafés nearby. Also the Subway is just down the street.

Fun stay in an interesting neighbourhood! The place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The host was very friendly and answered all questions quickly. Things were generally as-expected and the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The floating bed was a unique touch and we enjoyed it, but those who are especially tall or have limited mobility might find it a challenge to get in and out of.

Very easy to find and clear instructions from the host. It's very near a busstop for a direct bus to the airport as well which I found very convenient. The room itself has all basic amenities and is spacious and very clean. Just note that the mattress is quite hard if you're sensitive to that. It wasn't a problem for me and I would definitely like to come back sometime.

It was a very pleasant stay, very close to Hongdae, I think Hongdae is the best place to visit, and the homestay is very close to the subway station bus station, so it is very convenient to stay here.The homestay is very cozy and feels very homey. The room is not the same as a normal homestay. There are kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, laundry detergent, and even curling hair sticks. It is super friendly to girls, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. At night, you don't have to worry about being noisy.The host is also huge and responsive.It's very hard to walk around, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I come.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!
