I studied abroad in Brisbane, Australia. I stayed in an area where I had to take the bus to get around the city. Every morning, when I took the bus to go to the city, I felt like I was travelling around Australia, which was really nice. Looking at the scenery outside, the shops and the parks, I always enjoyed being in this unique environment. I missed those memories so much that, ten years later, I took my children and returned to Brisbane, Australia. Of course, I was staying at an accommodation where I had to take the bus to get around the city. I also wanted to show my children what I had seen. Even the kids are happy when they recall memories from that time. While preparing for ‘Rest Stay’, I thought back on my own experiences. Places where you can travel while using public transport and directly experiencing Korean culture during your stay in Seoul.
