Oldest house in Quentel From "Schniede Hans Hus", as our house was called around 1521, today a cozy 114 m² vacation home with three bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, a bathroom with shower and bathtub for our guests has been created. Free Wi-Fi and parking right in front of the house are just as much a part of our offer as a terrace with a BBQ and garden. Hessisch Lichtenau with its shopping facilities is also only 5 minutes by car from Quentel.

Half-timbered house

Our charming half-timbered house has two bedrooms, a small bathroom, a kitchen with sitting area and a living room. On the first floor there is a bedroom and the bathroom. Via the stairs in the hallway you reach the 2nd floor the living room with access to the kitchen. Another flight of stairs in the living room leads you to the open gallery as a second sleeping area. Please note that the cottage is not childproof due to the many stairs! Our basement has space for bicycles.

Vacation in the Knüll Nature Park for up to 30 guests

The vacation farm is rented as a group accommodation exclusively for a group of guests who belong together. For arrivals of more than 16 people, each additional guest costs €25 per night. (To be paid on site upon arrival) Family meetings, seminar groups, workshops, groups of friends and choir camps use the entire house and courtyard with outdoor seating and play barn. Small children can play safely in the fenced yard. Scooters, bicycles, etc. may be brought along.

There are many places on the shared courtyard (4 other parties live permanently on the courtyard) to unwind, read or have a meal. The cottage is bright and looks spacious for a half-timbered house. You are in a historic fire station right on the creek. You can sleep in the former hose tower in a 1.60 m wide box spring bed. This sleeping area is separated from the living room by free beams. You can book an additional bedroom. The photos are included. Among other things, there is a 1.80-meter-wide double bed. One floor down, on the first floor, is the bathroom with window, shower, natural stone sink and toilet. There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

Dear potential guests, Whether in transit, for a little time out or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - e.g. on the balcony with a view. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a nice outdoor pool and good gastronomy - surrounded by a lot of forest. Our café serves breakfast weekdays from 6 AM and on weekends from 7 AM.
