the location is fantastic. there is a bus right across the street that goes straight to the heart of New York. this works out much better than staying within New York. Jay was very responsive, let me park in her driveway initially and helped me get a parking spot on the street. the apartment is well organized and clean. instructions for check in and check out were clear.

The apartment is small but very cozy, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Located in a quiet and safe area, it offers a real sense of calm. I especially appreciated that the apartment was fully prepared and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. My time here was truly enjoyable. Access to Manhattan is quick and easy via both bus and ferry, and the waterfront views of New York are absolutely breathtaking!

There are a lot of really good local restaurants representing the community. The building was quiet and I walked to a friends about 1/2 away in the evenings without any worries. Getting into the city was easy… just a short walk to one of the bus stops and Boulevard East along the river, frequently busses, through the Lincoln Tunnel and drop you at the Port Authority Terminal. Bus was easy to catch for return. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Perfect place to explore New York and surroundings with a great view of Manhattan. The apartment is clean and convenient.
