Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Von hier hat man Zugang zum Balkon mit Blick in den Garten. Im Schlafzimmer genießen Sie die Nächte in einem Doppelbett und im Arbeitszimmer befindet sich ein weiteres gemütliches Bett. WLAN und Sat-TV stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die moderne Küche und das Bad komplettieren die Wohnung.

On nice days, the sun-drenched balcony invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings. The A2/33 highway is just 1 km away. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

Welcome to the super cozy about 40 sqm attic apartment of our house. Here you are all for yourself. You will have a large room with (double)bed and lounge area, another room with dining table and small desk and a (sleeping)sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, a shower room and a small hallway at your private disposal. You can completely darken it all for a night's sleep. Very fast wifi as well as an Ethernet/LAN connection

Cozy room in the country house with horses

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Small attic apartment

The attic apartment is ideal for guests who are also looking for a simple, practical and inexpensive apartment for a longer period of time. The apartment is 23 square meters. It is fully furnished, has a fiber optic internet connection and a TV. The apartment on the second floor is located in an apartment building with twelve apartments (built in 1958) with a correspondingly simple environment.

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me.
