Villa Arches is a lovely, classic Caribbean home nestled on the hillside overlooking one of Saint Martin’s beautiful beaches. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had the most amazing stay at Julie’s home. The photos really don’t do it justice — it’s even more beautiful in person, so thoughtfully designed, with a beautiful tropical garden and mountain backdrop. It’s perfect indoor-outdoor living! The house is so well equipped; we had everything we needed, and our daughter had the most magical time. She had everything she could have asked for and more. Julie was the perfect host—always going above and beyond to help us and give us advice. From the moment we booked, she sprang into action, lining up fantastic restaurant reservations immediately and giving us endless recommendations for car rentals, sailing charters, and everything else we needed. We would give this property 10 stars if we could. We miss is so much already and can’t wait to go back.

Nous avons adoré cette maison qui est vraiment magnifique et très très bien pensée !! La vue sur les montagnes, les tortues sur le chemin, les biquettes au loin, la décoration de la maison, la piscine, la disponibilité de notre hôte (qui avait en plus prêté des jouets pour notre fils! ) ont largement aidé à rendre notre séjour vraiment formidable ! On s’y sent bien, apaisé, cette maison est vraiment très pratique et sécurisée avec des enfants!!!Nous recommandons ce lieu à 100%

We just spent about a week at Ludo’s villa and couldn’t have been happier. Views are incredible, villa is better in person than photos, location is wonderful-close to beaches and St Jean. There is a small supermarket that has all the necessities one may need, a wonderful bakery and an array of restaurants to choose from - all minutes from the villa. Pool is always warm and gets a lot of sun from morning and until late afternoon. Villa is equipped with anything one may need and Ludo is a very responsive and helpful host and always with a smile! Highly recommend!

We loved the villa it has a great view of the bay. Peaceful and private. The house was very clean and had everything you needed beach chairs, mats, and pool floats. Cant wait to go back. My recommendation to anyone renting this villa is rent a car.

We have been to St Barth many times before and rented different homes with different agencies. Papyon was perfect for our family if 5 that included two teens. There was more than enough space for all of us indoors and out. The house was well equipped, communication very clear, and we have zero complaints. We look forward to staying there again!

One of our best stays on the island! Host was so good, she was remarkable! The place was ideal, exactly as described. The villa was clean, stocked and location was perfect! I would stay here again and again. Host was reachable at any time if needed, it definitely felt like home away from home. Everything was perfect! 10 stars! ❤️

Coco de Mer is a fantastic spot with amazing views - perfect for two couples. We will recommend it to anyone staying in St Barts. When you stay at a place like Coco de Mer, staying in for the day is a treat rather than a waste of a vacation day. Roger, Vivi, and Julia are very responsive and helped us immensely with recommendations and feeling welcome. Merci beaucoup! We can’t wait to come back!

The villa is absolutely stunning and really well suited for 3 couples or a family to stay. There is so much room and it is very private. Exactly like the pictures. The pool is a great place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island. Frederic and Emilie were great at providing instructions on how to get to the villa but I would recommend that hiring a car is essential upon arrival, as there are no shops or beaches within walking distance. Emilie was very helpful in assisting us to arrange car hire, buggy hire and jet skis and helped us with all our questions. The villa is in a very peaceful location and decorated very beautifully. Be sure to stock up on food and drink before you arrive (especially if arriving later in the evening) . Thank you to Frederic and Emilie for hosting our wonderful stay!

Stunning - both the villa itself and its location (with an incredible view). The house itself seamlessly combines indoor and outdoor space, and the sliding window doors really allow you to take in the scenery and fresh air. Morgan met us personally at the house to show us around and there was a professional cleaning service that was provided every two days. Really, everything about the house itself is nearly perfect. The pool, kitchen, deck, and pool house/living room give you everything you need to relax. Of course, all of this is right in the center of SBH. The beaches, natural pools, restaurants, grocery stores, and Gustavia are all easily reachable by car. Starting and ending your days on the deck is an excellent experience. I'm sure we'll be back soon and we highly recommend this house.

Villa Boa was perfect for our group of 3. It had comfortable furniture, a lovely view, and everything we needed (stocked kitchen, beach chairs, AC in the bedrooms and living room). The villa is conveniently located, central to St Jean, Grand Cul de Sac and Point Milou. The owner and her property manager were responsive and very helpful. We had a great stay!

wow what a beautiful, peaceful, and secluded home! the views from the back patio are incredible. the home was very spacious and there are several places to relax. we loved the pool and sitting out on the patio. rachel was very responsive, energetic, and funny! she gave great recommendations and was very helpful whenever we needed. would 10/10 stay here again!

This was a great place quiet,comfortable and peaceful. We had an unfortunate late check in but still recieved good feedback from the host who was very helpful. Looking forward to booking soon agen🤞🏾
