Holiday rentals with beach access in Gustavia

The apartment is lovely. Modern bathroom & kitchen; comfortable bed. All very clean. Small outdoor space opens to a larger area and wooded walkway to the beach. Parking, though tight, is very convenient in this residential neighborhood. Owners also have car rental service, which is very convenient. This neighborhood definitely requires a car, and is a 10 minute drive to Gustavia or St. Jean/airport. Owner was very helpful when we could not locate the property; met us at the airport and we followed them to the property. Flamands beach is quite wide and long. A beautiful resort, Le Cheval Blanc, is a short walk away at the end of the beach. Perfect for upscale dining and cocktails. Most other restaurants 10 to 15 minute drive away in St. Jean or Gustavia. We had a great stay with the family , the accommodation was near the sea so ideal for a short swim especially for children. Quiet village. The arrival of filipa for daily cleaning is much appreciated. I recommend it 1000%

Ângelo is a great host , responds super fast to all messages ! His father Michel who was also there to access if needed is a dear and very helpful gentleman! I lost near the night through the streets of Saint Barth and he went to rescue me because I had no internet or GPS ! It was cool! The house surprised me! The view is beautiful ! Super spacious , clean and equipped kitchen! I was inspired to cook and serve me as a delicious breakfast with every Sunrise ! Beautiful! It was a delightful stay, I will definitely return to enjoy more intensely the pleasures that Saint Barth brings us, soul , heart and mind ! Here everything connects ! Stayed at Julien's place with my husband and daughter. I have stayed at dozens of airbnbs in St. Barth's as well as several hotels. I will say that this place was more comfortable and homey that some of the other villas I have rented that were 4x the price. Julien was incredibly easy to reach at all points of our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Easy walk to Flamands beach. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need to make meals in the villa. Great overall stay with a lovely host. Hope to be back soon!

We spent 5 wonderful days at Patricia's house! Everything was perfect. The location is great, close to a bakery and also Monoprix. We get croissants every morning! The beach was a few steps from the house! I would definitely go back to this beautiful house! There was a day when 2 very friendly Brazilians cleaned the house and it was very good! Thank you very much Patricia for your attention!

Very nice accommodation, beautifully decorated and very well located...about 50 m from the beach. In addition, we can park the car in the small garden sheltered behind the gate. Communication with Jonas very easy and friendly…2 Carib beers in the fridge were waiting for us on arrival😀. We'll go back in a second.

Sigolene was so responsive, she met us at our Airbnb to greet us and give us a tour. I can’t say enough good things about the location. You’re 2 minutes from Nikki beach. If you’re looking for location, this is the place for you.

Catherine’s place was great. It looks exactly like the pictures and has everything you need for a week stay or more. She was very responsive and easy to work with. It can get a bit loud at night but any place downtown Gustavia facing the street may be. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Catherine for sharing your place in St Barth’s with us!

Amazing location less than a 5 min drive from the airport. The condo is a 10 minute walk to Eden Rock, NIkki Beach, and shops. 10 minute drive to Gustavia (great area for shops and restaurants). We really enjoyed our stay. The condo spacious, really clean, and the back patio was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here. The manager Emilie was absolutely amazing. She was very responsive, she went out of her way to pick us up from the airport, gives us great recommendations, take us to see one of the most beautiful sights on the island. She really helped to make our time in St Barts convenient and one to remember.

Francis and Dany's apartment is amazing, ideally located, comfortable, spacious and perfectly equipped. As for the view of St Jean Bay, it is sublime!! 😍 1 unbeatable value for St Barth. Carla is extremely responsive to various requests (even the most unusual), such as telling me where the plates I couldn't find were!!😅 Thanks to her.🙏 As you can see, I loved my stay at Francis and Dany's, and will not hesitate to repeat the experience during my next stay.

Stop looking and book this flat! My wife and I stayed here in March 2025, and we can’t say enough good things about it. The flat is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The view is just as stunning as in the listing—absolutely breathtaking! One of the best things about this flat is the location. We walked to Eden Roc for breakfast every morning (just an 8–10 minute walk). It’s also within easy walking distance to Nikki Beach, Le Guerite, and Eden Roc, with a short drive to Gustavia and other key spots. We rented a small car and had no trouble parking at the flat. Highly recommend—plus, the host was equally wonderful. Thank you!!
