My wife and I couldn’t believe what we were seeing as we drove up —absolutely stunning views that set the perfect tone for our stay. The drive to the home alone is worth mentioning, with breathtaking scenery all along the way. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately impressed by how spotless everything was, and the view from inside the home was just as incredible. The space has a modern cabin feel that was cozy and stylish. It’s incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to truly disconnect and unwind. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained; we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and made it clear they were available if we needed anything, which made us feel even more at ease. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with access to nature, there are some great hiking and biking trails nearby. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back! For 6 of us, it is a great place to stay. You will not have an issue at all if you have your own transportation to go around, which is what we did during the 3 nights there. We cooked dinner for all three nights for 6 of us at the house and enjoyed the view. We have already missed this house now as we are in Interlaken for another 4 nights with a different style of Airbnb. After sharing our photos and experience of the house with my sisters, they are interested in booking the same house for their future trip to Europe.

Our second trip to Switzerland and this was our first stop on the trip. We were blown away with the view! This place has it all. Views out of every window, radiant heat, hiking trails galore and everything you need for comfort. The duvets were like giant, soft puffy clouds! There is a restaurant literally right outside your door and nothing else but trails to different locations. Be mindful that the gondola to get here on runs from 8:30am-5-30pm so plan accordingly or you'll have a grueling 1.5-2 hour walk from the bottom. You cannot get here by car. We loved that part! Another pro tip - The 10 minute walk from the gondola to the cottage is a gravel road. We had to drag our suitcases to and from. It's uphill back to the gondola. But none of that will matter when you see the views from the gravel path and the living room window! This place is heaven on earth. Bettina was always quick to respond and super friendly. She made everything seamless! Book it!!
