Holiday houses in Günthersleben-Wechmar

We loved our stay at Kathi’s beautiful home. There’s everything you need there and we were grateful for the extra consumables and special holiday touches. We were able to bring our extended family together from around the globe and we felt right at home for the holidays. We loved the walking trails and being surrounded by nature. It’s relaxing to spend time in the garden, even in the winter, and the stars at night are amazing. Nearest grocery shopping is 8 minutes away and the neighboring villages are picturesque. Kathi was also flexible, which was greatly appreciated! We’d love to return.

The vacation home is very quietly located on the edge of a village and is an ideal starting point for hikes in the area. You can hike directly from the house into the mountains. By car, many other interesting destinations in southern Thuringia and northern Franconia are also within easy reach. There is a supermarket and butcher in the village, while discounters and large supermarkets are a few minutes away by car. The house is a typical Thuringian forest house with small rooms and steep wooden stairs, freshly renovated and very well equipped. The largest room is a playroom with lots of toys for the kids. Communication with the host works very well, Marcus responds very quickly and tries to meet all requests. We enjoyed it very much. If we are in the area again, we will book the place again.

Anke, Frank and Kheda are excellent hosts, very accommodating and helpful. Communication was extremely straightforward and very friendly. The apartment is tastefully furnished, the kitchen is super equipped and the location in the middle of the old town is unique. We will be happy to come back. Tip: If you can only sleep completely darkened, you should bring sleeping glasses.

We had a great week here as a family. The apartment is well located as a starting point for many family-friendly hikes/activities. Mara and her family are super nice and helpful. Absolutely recommended

We had a totally lovely time staying at Tim Hendrik's place! The stylishly furnished chalet invites you to relax. The associated sauna made the stay perfect. The surroundings offer pure nature.

If time goes by way too quickly, it was nice !!! Spontaneously and at short notice we found Elisa's place. The pictures showed what we were looking for. A nice place to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet. Very cozy and lovingly furnished, with everything you need. Communication was perfect, quick responses and everything well explained. Very modern and beautiful accommodation in a central location in Erfurt. We felt right at home With the tram you are in no time at all in the center. The contact with the hosts was also very friendly and uncomplicated.
