You will stay in a listed old building from the 19th century. century, distinguished by the elegant facade of the Neurenaissance as well as the high ceilings with stucco. The 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom will be completely refurbished in 2024 and equipped to a high specification.

Quiet 1-room apartment in the Würzburg suburb. Perfect for cyclists (but it is necessary to climb our mountain) or visitors to the beautiful city of Würzburg /hikers who want to roam the surrounding vineyards. 1.40 bed + 1.20 sofa bed with topper. Baby equipment on request. The apartment is new + fully equipped. Tips regarding restaurant/breakfast are of course also available on request :-) Large parking right outside the door. Storage for bicycles is also available on request.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Be a guest in our newly furnished apartment, where you can relax perfectly due to the quiet location. Or you can spend the day at Lake Erlabunn, which is perfectly within walking distance (950 meters) and return in the evening to one of the numerous hedgerow inns in the village. With the bus stop, which is just across the property, you can easily arrange a city day in Würzburg or Karlstadt. Shopping facilities are about 3 minutes away by car.

Our quiet apartment is located on the outskirts of Kist, just 15 minutes away from downtown Würzburg. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels and all the essential toiletries are included, so you don't have to worry about a thing. The good transport links, proximity to the A3 and A81 as well as shopping facilities in the village make your stay even more comfortable. In addition, a bus stop is only 350 meters away.

The cozy shepherd's wagon is located in the old town of Margetshöchheim, right on the Main bike hiking trail, just a few steps away from the water.
