Villa holiday rentals in Güntersberge

The property offers plenty of space, ample amenities, and a very quiet location overlooking the mountains. The landlords were very warm and friendly and gave us good tips for hiking routes. The only flaw is the bed, which seemed a little different to us but apart from that everything was great!!! :)

Great location: from the property we were able to take many different hiking trails - including the Brocken. The little cottage was super cozy with the wood and furnishings and we immediately felt comfortable. I'd love to come back :)

A nice private place to relax, but also to discover Harz. The location is ideal to do everything on foot and by car. Ideal that there is also a charging station for the car. Very welcoming hoasts that are there when you need them, but do not force themselves otherwise (the cottage is in their backyard). The house was exactly as described, and the cleanest(!) I've been to so far. Had a lovely week!

There had been a hick up with the check in at first, but the host was really responsive and very helpful. It didn’t take long to get into the bungalow. If the website is updated with better check in instructions than this place is all you need to calm your mind 😊

Great cozy place to stay. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the holiday very much. A few small things are improving/repairing, but it is taken care of. We will be happy to come back.

We spent Christmas at the den. The landlord was even so kind and set up a fir tree for us. The place is equipped with everything you could possibly need. In the village itself you can walk/ hike nicely. In just a few minutes by car you can visit numerous great places. Suspension bridge, stalactite cave, sand caves, Regenstein Castle, castles, monastery, downhill park, toboggan run, Brockenbahn….. and much more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything is great. Lovely clean house. It would be ideal if the property was fenced, especially if you are traveling with a dog. At check-in, you have to know that you first have to drive to the reception about 500 m further on the left side and then pick up the map with which you can then enter the peat house area via a barrier.

The place was not super modern, but really clean. the large room was great for eating or playing together as a large group. From the house there are a few smaller hiking routes. Everything else is quickly accessible by car. (playgrounds, swimming pool, hiking routes...) All in all, we were very satisfied.

We had a really good time.. The place is quiet and the air we add .. The house is beautiful and identical to the pictures.. Karen responsive host.. Baths were lacking soap .. The nearest supermarket is about 20 minutes away in the car .. And I want to draw attention: At check-in, I paid an extra amount ( for tickets ). The official said that we had to pay this because we were vacationing here .. And I received bus tickets from him even though we didn't need them, we came in the car .. already paid for the tickets and we didn't use them. This was the only thing annoying about vacation.

We spent a long weekend with 15 adults in the Villa Heidi. It was clean, the kitchen was super equipped and there was enough space for everyone. The accommodation is centrally located and has plenty of parking spaces incl. Wallbox. Sauerzapf family are very pleasant hosts and very easy to reach (Thank you for sending us our forgotten things☺️). Villa Heidi is highly recommended for larger groups, whether with or without children.

Highly recommended for a family of 10 members. Everyone had their own room and the house has everything you need. An oven is not provided, but that did not bother us. The nearest bakery was 7 minutes away by car. Memleben is a small place - very quiet and idyllically located on the Unstrut. Nevertheless, a lot to offer: an adventure park, the Imperial Palatinate with historic monastery, the Arche Nebra is not far away and we have made a detour to the Eckartsberga amusement park. All in all, a successful holiday for the whole family. In winter/autumn certainly also very romantic with fireplace. Also very great: for 10 people 4 bathrooms (three of them with a toilet). This saved us an incredible amount of time for so many people in the morning. We thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a very nice weekend in the house. There was enough space, everything you could ever need. It was clean and the garden beautiful. There is enough space for retreat as well as to sit together. Perfect for larger groups. The decor is a bit colorful and shrill, as can be seen on the pictures, but that didn't bother us much. The communication is initially via an agency in the Netherlands, then through a person on site, who was easily accessible to us.

We stayed there New Year's Eve. The villa is beautifully large and very stylish. The sauna was a highlight and was used a lot. This also went smoothly. The kitchen was ok. Nice that there were even some dishes for children. A bit of a shame there is no washing machine. Especially in winter, a tobogganing and skiing area often gets a little dirty. There would be space. And there's only one shower.

everything was great. Communication with the manager of the house on site was super straightforward. The house is in a quiet residential area, but you can get anywhere quickly by car.

We especially liked the quiet location and the sauna/pool room - perfect for relaxing after a long day. Communication with the host was excellent: fast, friendly and helpful. Very great hosts, even with bread service. In the sauna and in the swimming pool you could relax wonderfully. The house was very clean

Incredibly beautiful villa, huge garden and amenities such as sauna, pool and many leisure things. Billiards, projector, basketball hoop, foosball, games. Everything there. Really perfect for a family vacation or a quiet getaway. The WiFi was super fast - we were able to work well there. There was hardly any cell phone reception, but that didn't bother us much, because we wanted a break. Kathrin was always quick and reliable to reach, responded kindly and with many tips. Great! Just a small note: there were many large spiders. This was absolutely to be expected and is just due to the location in the field - but for city dwellers a perhaps unfamiliar thing. But it's still absolutely worth it to vacation there. We will definitely be coming back.
