Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cosy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the upper floor, you will find cosy sleeping areas. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Cafe Machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. Looking forward to seeing you soon :)

Thanks to good infrastructure and central location, you are quickly in the city center or in the exhibition center. In just 4 minutes you can reach the Wels-Nord motorway entrance (nothing can be heard from the highway on the property). In 10 minutes you can be at the exhibition center. Thanks to full air conditioning, you can also enjoy the summer with us.

Great place to escape from normal daily city routines and noise. Even if you visit us during the summer or winter you are in the right place. You can ride bikes on beatifull trails towards Traunsee and Attersee lakes for sunbathing and swim during the summer. 30 min car drive from Fuerkogel if you are into experincing new downhill trails during the summer and beautifull ski slopes during the winter. The apartment is perfect for a familly with two children

The 30m2 newly furnished apartment has an entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom and a living-sleeping-dining area. Free parking is available directly in front of the house. Traunsee, Attersee, Mondsee or the cities of Gmunden, Wels, Linz, Salzburg, Bad Ischl can be explored for a day trip. Please note: Not barrier-free

Perfectly located just 5 minutes from the train station. Very central location with grocery stores nearby! The apartment offers all the comfort for a heavenly stay for up to 6 people. There are two heavenly beds and a sofa bed available! Coffee and snacks are also provided! There is plenty of street parking. Smoking, pets and noisy parties not allowed.
