There are restaurants, entertainment centers and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is 15 minutes away by car. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. Ferienhaus ist vom Tourismusministerium zertifiziert. Das Haus liegt in einer Siedlung und ist direkt an eine Strandpromenade angebunden. Von dort kann die nächste Ortschaft Ürkmez zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreicht werden (Bäckerei, Supermärkte, Wochenmarkt, Apotheke, Ärzte, Restaurants etc...). Die Großstadt Izmir (40 km) ist mit Bus/Dolmus (Minibus) oder mit Taxi erreichbar . Der Sandstrand ist 50 Meter entfernt und im Haus befindet sich ein gekühlter Trinkwasserständer (Sebil) und 3 Klimageräte.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

The Main House is the largest of the four independent houses at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco, the Cave of Light and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

You can use this area in summer and winter, regardless of the weather. Our house consists of 3 rooms, 1 living room and an open kitchen. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a full sea view. The floor is Italian marble and has underfloor heating.
