There is a duplex apartment on the upper floor of the house, and my neighbor usually comes during the period when schools are closed. Therefore, the house can be considered semi-detached. My neighbor and I have completely separate doors, and I have full use of the garden. The house is 110 m2 and the garden is about 40 m2. There are a total of 3 air conditioners, 2 in the living room and 1 in a bedroom. There is Wi-Fi.
