Beachbum is steps from beach. 5-10 minute walk to beach. Neighborhood is golf cart friendly with very little traffic. Small neighborhood which has 2 pools, one of which is heated and tennis/pickle ball courts. Our home amenities includes numerous amenities to make your vacation as relaxing as possible. My unit features an upstairs bedroom with balcony with great views of the Gulf. The kitchen is well equipped with counter eating area, WiFi, cable TV in living area and bedroom and washer/dryer. There is a gas grill with outdoor seating. Beach Chairs & Umbrellas for guests use.
