Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Gulf County

we will definitely be back, 10/10 excellent communication and when we had a minor issue with the toilet flush, it was resolved within an Hour highly recommend this place

We had a great stay at the Luckie Mermaid. The house was so well equipped. It was so nice that they had some coffee and creams available for guests. We knew there was a Keurig so we brought k-cups but I’ve arrived at night to properties before and couldn’t get to the grocery until the next day-wishing I had coffee on that 1st morning! I wish we could have stayed longer. I liked that we were able to park right outside the door which made loading and unloading easy. It was so nice to have a private bathroom with each bedroom and an additional 1/2 bath. We loved sitting on the upper screen porch in the rockers for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. We also went to the smaller pool and had it to ourselves. The location was good for us as we had friends in the St Joe marina. We had drinks at Haughty Heron and dinner at Hunt’s and Provisions in Pt St Joe. We had lunch at Shipwreck Raw Bar in Mexico Beach. All were fabulous! Our host was always available and wonderful to work with!

This was our first visit to Cape San Blas and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Ashley’s place was perfect. Everything was extremely clean and stocked and exactly as described. Super close to a nearly private beach and pool was a nice touch at the end of a long beach day. We can’t wait to come back!

Let’s just say that from the moment that we pulled into the driveway that we were so excited to get inside and explore this beautiful piece of paradise. This is our first trip to Cape San Blas and we loved it. None of the PCB hoopla and no traffic at all. Hunts is the place to eat and the store down the road has all of your grocery needs a mile away. The house was meticulously well appointed and decorated beautifully but not over decorated. It basically has 3 master bedrooms with baths and a kids room with bunks. The beach was a short 25 yards from the house to the water. The jacuzzi is a nice addition to the end the day. I wish that we had the money to just go ahead and purchase the whole place but maybe in another lifetime! Thank you for offering your beautiful home to us for our stay. We will be back!

Everything about this home was amazing and exceeded my expectations! It was beautifully decorated with high end furnishings inside and out. The pool and courtyard area was beautiful, although it was too cold to use in Feb. Access to the beach was so convenient for taking walks on the beach. Also, the elevator was helpful for our 12 year old dog as she has trouble going up stairs, especially after a long walk in the sand. We enjoyed the breathtaking views and gorgeous sunsets on the back deck in the porch swing every evening. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and look forward to returning again soon. Perfect place for a quiet beach getaway. One block from the beach! We used the pool (not heated) a few times and the hot tub each night. Mattresses and pillows were comfortable and plenty of towels. Nice big washer and dryer. Kitchen was well stocked-pleasantly surprised by all the spices. Good WiFi connection if you are considering working remotely.

We've been going to Mexico Beach for the last 5 years and this place has been the best stay. Would stay again in a heart beat. Owner is friendly, very responsive and detailed. Any question we might have has already been answered in the welcome guide. And I can't get over all the amenities. We really didn't need to bring as much as we did. They are fully equipped with all your and the kids beach needs. As well as the kitchen. I was very impressed all in all. 10/10!

The house was nice and spacious, large yard as well which was really nice for my dog to run around. Great location, 10 minutes from a beach that allows dogs, with restaurants worth visiting for a quick lunch (TIGF) or a nicer sit down (Keepers). Jessica was responsive, and let us swing back around after checkout when we realized something was left behind. Will be checking out her other properties when we're back in the area!

We were pleased with the spacious home and great set up . We really enjoyed the outdoor area with hot tub and fire pit. We were very pleased there was wood there for us. We had had an awesome stay.
