Our direct ocean view, end unit condo at "The Club at Mexico Beach" is the perfect place to watch the sunset from the balcony & listen to the ocean with your family & friends! Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is an open & airy space with a direct unobstructed view to the pristine water of Mexico Beach. Since it's a 1st floor end unit, it is private & easily accessible. Beach access is directly across the street with a wooden walk over, which makes it very easy for hauling all of that beach gear.

A spacious living area features a comfortable sectional sofa, accent chairs, and a decorative coffee table. Large glass doors provide views of the ocean and access to the balcony. Soft lighting illuminates the room, which includes a dining table and coastal-themed artwork.

Wonderful 3 bedroom/3 bath condo with twin xl bunk beds across the street from the beach. 1 minute walk to the beach! Has 2 covered balconies, 1 off the LR and 1 private balcony off of master bedroom. Sit outside rain or shine! Huge dining room table to eat or play games with bar for extra seating (or set up as a work space). Provided- 4 beach chairs, tent, beach toys. No beach towels provided. Has community pool and hot tub. Minimum age is 25 years old.
