It features a kitchenette (no stove), high-speed WiFi, 32" smart TV, and dedicated HVAC system. Plenty of outdoor space, with a large pool and hot tub in the shared, privacy fenced backyard. A bike/walk path is directly across the street, which goes for miles either direction. 3- burner BBQ grill - NEW for 25!

Enjoy the beautiful weather, shopping, and the local beaches (Navarre, Pensacola, and Destin) then come home to relax in your home away from home. We do not host parties or special events. There is a walking/biking paved path. 5 minute walk to the beach. 1.5 mile to the main business area. This unit is comfortable for 4 adults or Two adults and 3 youths, any extra (adult) person needs to be approved upon reservation and an extra fee could be implemented. Person making reservation must be at least 23 year old.
