It will be a pleasure to welcome you in such a peaceful environment.. Easy access from the A10. The exit is 5 minutes from the house. It is the last exit before Bordeaux (when you come from Paris..) You will be very close to famous places: - The city of Blaye (to see the vauban "citadelle") or to access to the "medoc" vineyard by boat (ferry) _ The city of bordeaux - The city Of Jonzac where you will be able to relax in a very spa center. - The city of Cognac where you will be able to visit the famous house of cognac.. - And much more to discover..

The new, cosy 35 m² "La Grange" cottage is fully equipped and situated in a pretty, small, enclosed garden where you can relax in peace. There are no neighbours overlooking the property, and it is 5 minutes from Jonzac. You will find all the shops there, ideal for spa guests (spa 7 minutes away), a casino, the "Les Antilles" water park, the convention centre and a leisure centre. At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions.
