Restored in 2002, this house features exposed stone walls inside, reminiscent of seaside cottages, with a large open fireplace, typical furnishings, a fenced garden, and welcomes pets. It has three bedrooms and a mezzanine. Located in the countryside, 1.5 km from the sea and 1 km from shops. Bicycles and firewood are stored in the shed. Sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases are not provided but can be rented for €15 per bed. The4 beds measure 140 x 190 cm.

Welcome to my wooden house! Spacious, bright, south-facing, it is located on the Sainte-Marguerite peninsula. It is ideally placed to discover the Abers: the sandy beaches and dunes are less than 300 m from the house! You can also enjoy the many coastal trails (the GR 34 passes right by), enjoy the pleasure of shore fishing, bike rides, water sports (sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddleboarding... all in the immediate vicinity). A full itinerary!
