You’ll love my place for the beautiful riverside walk along river Wharfe; cross the bridge, it's Otley Meadow Park with a tennis court; If you prefer walking, supermarket Asda is 5 minutes away, 10 minutes to the centre of historic town Otley; for driving, 10 minutes to Chevin forest Park Otley; 20 minutes to Harrogate & Leeds Bradford Airport; 30 minutes to Leeds city centre & city of York

Sat on greenbelt land adjoining both Baildon and Ilkley Moors, the cottage is set in 12 acres of private grazing land with scenic walks, local pubs and Baildon village on its doorstep. Our cottage comes with its own walled garden, 6 person hot tub, views across the valley to Leeds and nearby Ilkley and is the perfect locations for those wanting a peaceful escape in the countryside.

Situated in the heart of Menston a lovely village with 2 pubs within a couple of minutes walk. There are also several cafes within walking distance. Menston offers amazing walks over Ilkley Moor and Otley Chevin from the doorstep. There is parking on the gravel drive just before an archway which leads to The Barn. There is a welcome basket on arrival. Towels and toiletries are provided free of charge.
