HAPPY SOLO SEASIDE STUDIO

Small seaside, independent garden room with private bathroom for one person. Just a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 10 minutes cycle from shops and restaurants. Private entrance and use of back garden terrace. A bicycle is available free of charge. There is Wifi, small fridge, ,electric kettle , coffee machine and microwave. Please note that there is no kitchen or tv. Bus stop nearby. I am an English speaker and live just beside the studio . Main house and studio location seen on photo 14.

Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Come and recharge in the countryside in this fully renovated apartment, located on the ground floor of our house with independent entrance. You have a private terrace with access less than 100m from the greenway. Parking is also available Central location because you are less than 35 minutes from the 1st beaches and tourist places. You are 1km from the town center on foot (Coffee shop, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, media library, sports field...)

Le Moulin de Kérangoc: Moulin du XIXème.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season cottage for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large garden-forest. Dragonflies, kingfishers... and with a little luck otters and roe deer. Wake up, take a dip... or take the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child's mattress. The dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season. Far from any noise and light pollution, dare to return to nature!

In the heart of the historic center of Quimper, Rue Kéréon and its colorful wood-framed houses. Studio on the second floor, at the foot of the cathedral, exceptional location. Building with red/pink windows in outdoor photos. Wifi and Smart TV, fiber box. Linen provided, towels sheets and duvet cover, the bed is made before your arrival.
